We don't know how the WT will evolved for the near future, but indeed there are into major changes. Perhaps a schism will occur, just like it did during Booze Jo's Era, the 75 exodus and the early 80's with 1914 doctrine. There many JW's who question WT doctrines due to the internet, plus we have associated JW's who are seeking for changes within the WT. We even find websites of associated JW's who are seeking for a change. The point is GB the just wan't step down from their possition, instead their strengthen this point of view with doctrinal changes and articles in the WT study. supporting their domination and authority over the JW's.
At the end, as I have said WT is like a Hotel. There will be always people that check in, and check out!!!

ANOTHER GREAT ARTICLE BY THE WT CRAP SOCIETY.....Great comments Blondie. I didn't had the opportunity to hear any of the new songs(and I don't have any intention to do it so) but from what I have listen the new Song Book it is completely crap and many JW's find it hard to follow the new lyrics and music. I guess that is why the "slave class" wrote this article, in order to persuade JW's to learn the new songs, since they find it hard to learn them...
What I can tell from my previous experience(225 Songs)most of them they are badly written.(musically speaking)The tunes are not easy to remember since they are not written in the common music scales. For a person to recall a song, it must be nice to the ears and easy to remember it. That is why in music industry and generally in pop music, the tunes are easily to remember, and many songs are written in Am, Em, C, G, Dm, because those tones are easy for average people. Just take how many pop songs you can recall the music,(like Beatles- Yesterday, Let it Be) and even the lyrics, and for sure JW's know and CAN SING more pop songs than their song book!!! And the reason it is simple: THEY ARE EASY TO REMEMBER THEM!!!!
So instead of following the pattern of pop music, and other Christian groups, WT has assigned to their musicians to write music that YOU JUST CAN'T FOLLOW IT. Most of the songs are written in tones that are hard to sing, like A#, B#, Cbm, tones that usually are reffering to classical music, or jazz scales!!! Even a qualified musician will find it hard(in a matter of speaking)to learn, memorize and sing in those scales!!!
The outcome is that even in this simple issue of music, the GB has managed to make it hard for the JW's to follow!!!

by Mary inyesterday, i went out for lunch with my parents when my mother made mention of something she had read in the newspaper about some new discovery of species that went extinct millions of years ago.
she asked my father what method is used to determine the age of something, because of course, this flies directly in face of the biblical account of life on this planet being only a few thousand years old.. anyway, my father related a story that some brother he ran into recently at the assembly told him.
this [unnamed] brother related a story told to him by another [unnamed] elder who knew an [unnamed] circuit serpent who was "really chummy with one of the [unnamed] executives at the royal ontario museum".

How come that according to WT Crap Society God created all animals vegitarians? And according to WT animals became "flesh"eating after the Flood of Noah.
So the question is why did God created Flesh Eating Dynosaurs? Why we have very brutal species of flesh eating Dyno's like T-REX, the ultimate killing machine when dinosaurs ruled the earth?

WT has nothing to do with the WT I was brought up in the 70's&80's. My doubts started shortly after the 'light' of the generation in 1995. In just 3 years I quit WT.
Ever since 1995, 16 years past. What we have now is compete new generation dogma, that changed 3 times in just 14 years. I recall the preasure we had as JW's in the 80's that our preaching work was separating the sheep like ones from the goats. It was supposed to be a life saving work. So for 76 years our preaching work went down the drain, since Jesus is the one who will do the separation.
I have seen and the new light with the overlaping generation of the so called "annointed class"and keep this mind because I will come later on, on this point. I have cut complete ties with WT 6 years ago, and I was innactive for another 6 years. What I have seen through personal experience, since I might go once a year at the "Memmorial"due to my elderly JW's parents, is that people are still joining WT. I can tell that most people at my age(early 40's)75% left WT. I have seen educated people, including doctors becoming JW'S for the last 6-9 years, and some others that indeed are educated people, and I was suprised to seem them joining the Cult.
For those new ones they hardly know nothing about the generation of 1995, or anything at all that occured in WT for the last 130 years. Most of the WT elders are new and young so they have complete ignorance of their past. So those new that joined the CULT don't know anything about their failed prophecies or their flip flop doctrines. Besides WT has nothing to change since the final changes of the Generation and the "calling of the heavenly class". For the new ones they only have in mind that the end is near, and the overlaping generation is part of the sign of the end...it is complete different for what we have been taught. We had a lot of things to wait for. The King of North and South, the generation that it will no die, the outcry of peace and security, the U.N. that will establish a global non-faith law, just to mention a few. So we had a lot of staff that actually haven't took place and thus we start to doubt if WT is God's organization.
So people we keep on joining the WT and some they will keep on leaving the WT. It is like a hotel that always have people check in and check out. Eventually when in a hotel the number of those checking in, will end, that means the management of the hotel will close the business, since there is no income.

i was a rapidly fading jw when i started but still considered myself a christian for a good few years more.
now i've embraced reason and rejected faith i'm a very happy atheist and enjoy learning more about the fact of evolution.. what about you?.

Me too I'm posting since 2001(justhuman) Nicolaou. After leaving WT, I consider to be Christian for many years. Now I have my doubts regarding many things that formed Christianity, specially how did the Early Church formed the Bible and rejected the Gnostic Gospels, like the Gospel of Magdalene, Thomas, Judas(just to mention a few). I still beleive in Christ and specially the supremacy of His teachings. Also I believe in Evolution and that it was fact that a Supreme Force has guided to take place. So I combine the Creator with the Evolution process.
Still I believe that there is life after death since in the Universe nothing dies.

Since I have 10 years following up this forum, I have seen lots of posters from over the world. Some have gone and some just pop up from time to time. In my case I usually post at day. But my day is night time in US....

We all know that WT is fabricating numbers and facts. They just show the so call increase in order not to loose more members. If WT wanted to be honest(a word that you cannot find in WT's dictionary)they should show the following in their anual statistics:
1.How many JW's died
2.The number of un-baptized publishers
3.The number of the baptized publishers
4.The number of the disfellowshiped ones
5.The number of the innactive JW's
6.The number of the Bible studies contacted by parents
7.Plus the increase of the world population
With this figures we can tell what the hell is going in the WT world. But there is way to find the exact figures, plus with a calculation done by ex-members for the last 15 years we have at least 6 millions that left the WT...

by jwfacts inlike most people reading this, i was convinced that by 2014 the new system would 'definitely' have been operating for at least a decade.
now that i know this is not going to be the case i am going to have to think of some way to recognise 100 years of wts let downs and failed predictions.
there is no point fretting over the past so i think it will be a good time to celebrate.
