Iam surprised, chellechelle has some good and amazing points of view in the ways she expresses them.

what i have found most interesting is that many of us, upon leaving the cult, become depressed and are afraid because we feel as if our lives have no purpose anymore or that we should be doing something meaningful with our lives but are not.
i have become sick of feeling this way and watching otheres feel this way aswell.
this is what i have come to realize.

when the bible states to 'obstain from blood', does it indicates a whole blood product or just part of blood as blood fraction?
please, how are we going to interpret this contradiction on the part of the watchtower bilble and tract society of new york?
another related questions: when the bilble commands us to obtain from blood, is this for a religious reason as opposed to medical need?

I think your contributions are so informative and certainly are food for serious poundering. A few months ago, I destroyed my 'No Blook Transfusion card' to symbolize a no return back to the organisation. Many literatures were trashed, alot of them.
Thank you everyone.

or is that not a good question to ask because bethel will read it and use the information somehow?.
i am still curious though.. bf.
Bonafide,
Let me tell you, this site is certainly being watched by the WTS. Some but not all of our postings are being read and analyzed. So its so easy to build up a profile of who is posting and get him or her. Like your previous service as a misssionary, your ages, recent death of dad, sister driving around to avoid you, etc are all stuff to build up a profile of users. Anyway, you do not want to get worried as long as you are out. They like only to weed out the 'weed from the wheat' Personally, I am fine with myself as I do not have any thing to lose even with excommunication no matter what. In fact, its been a blessing for me right now. Its more of a hardship if you are with a family who is JW than those who is without.

What makes me sick even more is the fact the WTS keeps winning most of the law suits with few losses. I tend to think of that the more they loss in court cases and the related costs, the more willl they be forced to revisit most of their quesionable policies. Also, its a good thinkg to revisit blood topics here right now as most of us are new.
