  Haha!

  When my sis and I were at my grandmother's and my sis was pregnant, we were discussing childbirth with my grama. She was telling the difference between having her first child - on the farm, doc called in - to having her second - in a hospital.

  She said in the hosptial they gave her a gown "that didn't even cover my twat!" She was 87 at the time.

  Red wine came out my nose that evening.......

  I'm super tired, too. My man has been on call all week and that damn phone rings day and night! Thursday and Friday nights it rang 3X both nights.

  But I'm not too tired to hang out here with my home-girls!

  going through an old filing cabinet i found pages from a diary i must of kept when the kids were little .

  the first page was entitled 'funny things the kids say '.

  entry from 1985 : ( our son j*** was 4 and his brother t** one .

  hubby got the door but waited for me to come to the door (he was on the phone).

  i listened to her introduction and held the memorial tract, then i handed it back and said quite firmly that i was not interested.

  have you ever wondered how there could be so many pedophiles and other miscreants who are jehovah's witnesses, who claim to be the chosen people of god and who profess and honour christian morals?

  you could ask the same question of the roman catholic clergy and the staff of protestant run orphanages.

  the vast majority of jehovah's witnesses, catholic priests and protestant orphanage staff are not miscreants, but they share something in common with their despicable bretheren and that is they believe the same thing.

  I've been reading a book today that was recommended by OTWO, and I highlighted this quote:

  "....a good and righteous life is not always a matter of simple obedience to what we imagine to be the moral structure of the Bible."
