Purps, I asked him about it because he tells some of the ladies that come for PAPS that he will be applying pressure there. When I asked, he told me he does that for young girls or ones who are having their first PAP.
I think he's a good Dr.
BTW - ladies, go for your PAPs!! Yes, it sucks. Just do it anyways. Do it on your birthday month, so you don't forget.

I think your dreams signify the great responsibility you feel toward your grandchildren.
You feel responsible for keeping them safe and you worry about it.
Because there is so much that is out of your control.

I know! Anything medical interests me. And I find that all the doctors will answer ANY question I have. The pressure is applied JUST inside the vaginal canal, you will feel a ridge of muscle. Pressure for just a few seconds will relax the muscles. And, bada-bing, bada-boom!! Easy entry!!
The Dr. today said "he learned the hard way..." Whatever that means. I didn't ask.

I will need the vodka. He knows more about female anatomy than I do. We conversed today about where to apply pressure to make the (you know what) muscles relax. It was news to me....

I need help in facing our abuser...

the thought of it scares me so much i can't even think straight... just writing this makes my heart race like you wouldn't believe.. i need to face my dad and mom.

my dad abused us, my mom allowed the abuse.

i need to face him with my two older brothers - the ones who got it the worst and who never faced them about it.... i know my mind will go blank so i'm simply going to write out what i have to say and read it to them.

Lock your thumbs together. Twist your hands until your middle finger is touching your wrist.
Massage the spot on your wrist where your middle finger touches.
That's the pressure point for headaches.
I also have an excellent cure for hiccups. Works every time.
Seriously. Try the pressure point..
