I sort of think it's more than that. But I don't think it's all the petty rules and regulations the GB puts forward.
I think we have to be pro-active in applying Jesus counsel, but is there more?

by stillin ini'm sure that this has been discussed before, but bear with me while i share my little insight.. the scripture about the fds is found in jesus description of the last days in matthew 24. not in mark 13, nor luke 21. those other writers didn't consider it important enough to include it in their writings.
it is the only mention, as far as i know, of any such "arrangement," yet on face value, if you are just reading the bible, it seems more like one of jesus' thought-provoking rhetorical questions, rather than a part of the sign of the last days.
no "two or three witnesses," yet this one scripture has become a rallying cry for a whole religion, consisting of millions of adherents!.

Egyptians rubbing poo-poo in their boo-boos

i remember the basic argument.
ancient egyptians were so stupid they put feces in their open wounds, but gods people had the knowledge to bury it.. my question is, did this actually appear in an official watchtower magazine or book?.

just a thought on watchtower,Dec.1
by pat1060 ini was looking over the december 1 watchtower,the one for the public.on page 8 there is an article called the appointed time is near.is is a small article on all the events of the last days.all the scriptures.but not a word about 1914.i heard a while back that 1914 may just start to fade from the literature.did any one else see this article?.

When I wave g'bye and my whole upper arm waves too, it makes me laugh.
I chuckle at my boobs - used to be a 34G, now I'm a 34 Long. Soon they will look like an orange in a sock! I can't wait!
I grew a whisker one day, too!! I looked in the mirror and cackled like a witch stirring a cauldron of bat slime.
Next time someone calls me "Ma'am", I'm going to call him "sonny" or "whipper-snapper".
This summer, I'm gonna yell at all the neighbor kids to "Get the hell off my lawn!"
Maybe one day, I'll have that secret surgery "down there" that no one tells you that you have to get til you're 60, but my Grama told me.

My daughter (JW) just called .......
