  Buried my father today

  i mostly post fluff and music posts on this thread more often now but just thought i would let some people here who still know me about what has been goin on with me recently.

  my dad about a 7 month battle with lung cancer which metastasized to the bones and he died early wed morning.

  my dad was a fascinating man, complex, sometimes open and sometimes a very aloof and detached person.

  I post here in the evenings because my man volunteers alot for kid's football.

  I do the administrating for the teams, which involves alot of emailing, so I'm on the computer anyways.

  And something on here always makes me belly-laugh at some point!!

  Mine is a love story, too.......you can believe it or not.

  But when someone from your past says, "I've been in love with you for 10 years, please just come and be with me".............**sigh**

  And I had no idea.......It took me another 4 months to decide and I moved 2 provinces away to be with him ( That's at least 6 States away......lol)

  But I'm so glad I took the chance.
