I will never forget when I toured bethel in South Korea, they have a section where they display pictures (in a shrine like way) of the poor Men (brothers) who have died in prison (beatings from other prisoners and mistreatment from prison guards) due to being conscientious objectors. The Borg has blood on their hands.... Makes me feel sick.....

Earthquake in N.Z.
by smiddy ini guess the witnesses are rejoicing over the death and destruction of the latest earthquake in n.z.as proof of the imminent coming of armageddon, and their deliverance into the "new world system of things" i can just see it now ,the kh`s in nz will be filled to overflowing in the next month,......then in six months later it will be back to the status quo.. p.s when jesus said their would be" earthquakes in one place after another" couldn`t he have identified these areas for the faithfull ?
so at least beleivers would have been spared the trauma ?
of course non beleivers would have suffered the consequences, but why should beleivers suffer also ?.

Wow, watching live feeds from NZTV & TV3, shocking.... I remember from the last earthquake that Black Sheep said he isnt near Christchurch. 65 dead, though really I think they are expecting that to rise to 300, so sad. Thoughts are with our Tasman cousins...

So I saw on the news re the Fevola story. Great pics of Brissy on the news when doing a live cross this morning, yet on the 6PM News, looked like a live cross to a rain forest storm in South America!

FSP - Nope, about Melbourne, most of Crowded House songs were written about/inspired of Melbourne suburbs - St Kilda, Sth Yarra (where I used to see Neil Finn a fair bit), Elwood....

And hey, enjoyed your clip on the cool card trick as well........ From the funniest Comedy Festival in the world!

Without a doubt, Melbourne is a great place to live, always features in the top 3 every year and was #1 for a few years running. And yes BP, the price of real estate is getting over the top, will be worse than Sydney soon. As for the grey skies, Crowded House did write & dedicate the song "4 Seasons in 1 Day" to Melbourne ;-)

last day at the kingdom hall
by ex-Special Pioneer inprologue.
get out shouted the audience you must be ashamed of yourself.
the crowd was in a hysterical state, every time that we tried to say something we were silenced by the clapping and screams which got louder and louder of the majority of the two hundred people in attendance.

Hi Porfiada, his JW cousins are here in Melbourne and were updating all on FB about the situation when the mine collapsed. I just checked her FB and nothing about the family being caught up in the floods.
Cheers, Mattieu
