Tonight I disassociated myself - after 24 years - had 2 hour meeting with Elder
by Intel ini am now sitting at home.
my wife left with my little child.
my fault (i dislike the word "fault", but don't have a better one right now).. it feels strange, relieved and free, at the same time it was all very strange.

I think its a good thing nobody gets or even notices the generation change "new light"
by cognac inno matter what the society does to try to attempt to fix this generation debacle, there is no way they can ever get it in jwa minds that the end will come past 2014.. nobody even gets or understands the change.
nobody cares.
generation will always mean to them up to 100 years!

1995 change convinced me this religion is full of s*$#.
its all about controlling the masses,same as communism,socialism,etc,etc...individuals are not important
to them,jesus was all about the individual human being,jw's are definitly mordern day
pharisee's,they think,act,and judge others just as they did...jesus would definitly condem them also
when jesus healed the women with a flow of blood he did not condem her or send her to the watchtower
he said "go your way your faith has made you well. i personally will never belong to a religious
group ever again (allthough there are individuals in all religions who are good human beings)i will never again
"put my trust in men,women or goverments" i will just treat others as i want to be treated....

ex wants to be free to remarry - ugh
by No Apologies inok, i'm sure i am not the first one to be in this predicament but it sure is a headache, my jw ex called a few days ago, apparently she has met someone (they're not dating of course!
) and she wants to me to hand over the golden ticket.
she wants confirmation either in writing or verbally to a third party, that she is "scripturally free" to remarry.. i have managed for years now to avoid any judicial action and my jw family members still associate with me, but that all could come to a screeching halt if i give her what she wants.. the only bright side is she totally robbed me on the divorce; if she gets married i am at least off the hook for "spousal maintenance", that would mean potentially thousands of dollars in my pocket.... .

Are You Surprised That Some "Intelligent" People Still Are Witnesses?
by minimus ini know some very sharp men and women that remain as jws and that perplexes me at times.
i even know of a jw whose daughter got molested by her jw ministerial servant uncle and she still believes this is the "truth", even though she took her family member to court and won!.
i don't get it..

the german people are pretty smart and they followed hitler.
it all comes down to what the real truth is and what you want the truth to be
wbts sells what most would like to be ex: never getting old and dying
with the catch that only they know what the real truth is.....and how to get it..
same with mormons,muslims,catholics etc.etc.
jesus go your faith has made you well,not seek out the wbts,or mormons,or muslims or catholicsetc.etc.
every religion on this earth is created,governed,and controlled by imperfect men like you and me
no special insight or power. jesus wasn't about religion he was about people
he said it best(LOVE THE LORD WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART MIND AND SOUL AND LOVE YOUR NEIHBOR
