  Prejudice in the Kingdom Hall.

  have you ever noticed how in the kingdom halls who have a mix of races, you find the whites sit in one area of the kingdom hall, and the blacks have their own section?

  the district conventions and circuit assemblys too.

  i've noticed one particular section where there were just black people who made up about 20% of the dc and the rest were white.

  if you calulated the amount of time you spent preaching, the money you have given to them, plus time developing talks, with a commision for each watchtower, awake, and other books sold.

  Have you ever noticed how in the kingdom halls who have a mix of races, you find the whites sit in one area of the kingdom hall, and the blacks have their own section? The District Conventions and Circuit Assemblys too. I've noticed one particular section where there were just black people who made up about 20% of the DC and the rest were white. It was obvious to me about 10-15 years ago, and I was wondering if things kinda have evened out, or if you also noticed the same thing.

  i don't have many in my physical sphere.

  but the ones i have are good ones.

  of course we share no 'history', since i never had a 'worldly' friend until i left at 48.. in my cyberworld [and some would argue the credence of that] i have found many fine souls with which to commiserate, share, grow.

  My wife has a way with attracting low lifes as friends that envy our family lifestyle. I don't know what it is, but I had to tell her, if they make less money than us they can't be your friend. As for me I make friends with the people I work with and when I'm home its all about family time. I'm not to big on having friends.

  yup... i got my regular flu shot today (not h1n1).

  i also got a pneumonia shot.

  The years I have got a flu shot I've found were the years I got the flu. When I don't get a flu shot are the years I don't get sick.
