yet, they are still using the baptism questions.

She knows a lot more about computers and the new era of Cognitive than Donald Trump. But she is probably not going to be at IBM too much longer. She will be 5 years in the CEO role come Jan 2017. She also turns 60 next July. It seems IBM does not usually keep the same CEO much older than that.

IBM is a 'global' company, embracing global resourcing. They have moved a lot of jobs off-shore from North America through continual 'Resource Actions' as part of the company's transformation. If another geography can do it cheaper, the work moves there. They aren't the only corporation doing this.
Edited to add: I suspect Trump knows about this and wants it changed.

That wouldn't surprise me. I actually thought the same thing when I learned of the letter.
However, I have never seen an IBM CEO do this... ever. Didn't the Donald threaten some companies with heavy taxation recently, including IBM?
