yes, if you were in israel.
and he is right.
are you people thick?
we all know wt's view of "apostates"and disfellowshiped persons.
they grap from the old testament quotes that "god's people, isralites" stone to death the evil doers, even the unobedient children.
the first one to cast the stone was a close relative, parents, brothers, sisters.
.
.
i noticed on another thread a poster stating that he felt that unhappy jw's were in the minority.. .
as if the first assembly day was not bad enough, talking about the greedy, fame hungry witnesses who go to college and will not get blessings from jehovah, sunday was worse.. .
i could tell the wife was not happy the minute she came through the door.
after letting her get her "lemonade" in a glass, i said, "so, no rough talks today?".
i cannot believe i will admit this!.
i have spent past memorial days.
in the cemetary, skulking around.

no way they would stone people, this is fucking ridiculous. According to the law of christ they cannot - most witnesses see df'ed witnesses and even apostates as "lost" and want them to return.
as glad as i am not to return, i do not feel they would take physical violence with me if the law allowed me to.
this is worse than AGBM....
i'm new to this forum and am also sacolton's wife.
alot of you already know about me because he's talked about me on here before...even has posted pictures, at which he incurred my wrath upon my discovery.
anyways...i'm about to submit my letter of disassociation to my local congregation and i thought i would share it.

ok so the mate took good notes at the ca and here is the newest on "higher education:.
the usual bashing of motives: those who want great wealth, prestige and seek it in a college educationcollege graduates don't always get jobs in their fieldsdrugs, drinking and sex are "rampant" at collegesthose who want to "snatch us away" are near if we go to college (isa 54)if we seek a college education, we are not spiritual mindedthe most disturbing for me was this:.
those who choose college will not get blessings from jehovahand of course there was the obligatory interview with the college graduate who disdains the education whe received.. .
how are these three not true?
there are some who want great wealth, etc... and love of money IS biblically wrong, if you believe that sort of thing... so yeah thats not good. Me? I just wanted to have a better job to pioneer with. Now? I want to be a teacher and have all my time to myself
the other two make sense....
ok so you have the remaining two.
anybody like to contribute a few suggested questions - should be less that 12 words.. .
