  Urgent! Need help - I told my parents.

  we have just gotten home from sunday-meeting, when my mom ask me if i believe in god and so on.

  so i tell her, cause you adviced me to be honest.

  and despite all my fears, she took it very calm, and then told my dad whos also taking it calm, and it doesnt seem like theyre hating me now or want to throw me out of the house.. the thing is.

  most 15 year olds are easily manipulated. They don't have fully developed thinking patterns. They don't have the experience to ignore idiots. Whether Filip is easily lead isn't he whole problem ... the problem is he is approaching strangers for help.

  most 15-y/o witnesses , you mean. yes, he is approaching strangers for help... why is that, do you think? what made Filip so AFRAID to talk to his own father about religious matters...what made him afraid to question anything? hmm..his father, maybe? jehovahs witnesses, maybe? o0o...i think Alan's got you there...

  Why do JWs expect 15-year-olds to get baptized? Especially when they don't have fully developed thinking patterns or the proper experience to ignore idiots such as the JW leaders who teach things like life on earth is only about 20,000 years old?

  Why do JWs allow children as young as eight years old to get baptized?

  Incense ... but it wouldn't matter to me or any other adult who you really are. We would be equipped not to tell you anything that isn't your business. A 15 year old can be easily manipulated.

  ok, now i'm not talking about 15-year-olds in general. i'm talking about Filip, ok? so, who here do you think is trying to manipulate him? and how are they trying to do it? you have read Filip's posts - does he not seem bright and inquisitive, and not a wuss, in your view?

  even if Filip were on a teen site, it doesn't mean he would talk only to teens. the fact is, anybody can be anybody in cyberspace. for example, i could be a six-foot 350-lb. plumber from Queens named Leon Kumpowski. you just never know... heh.

  it was my experience when a jw that many focussed their lives around...having good holidays...having nice cars (some with private plates)...having perfect houses etc etc.

  it all seemed very materialistic to me.

  totally the opposite to what was being preached from the platform.

  What Movie should I go see??? Help!!

  my friend & i are going tonite and we have narrowed it down to two movies:.

  really? hmm.. it totally took me out of the film then...well i wasn't really into it anyway... but it is a good film to see if you want to see so many beautiful people assembled together...brad pitt, matt damon, george clooney, and andy garcia, yum...

  ocean's twelve was awful. and there's a scene with julia robert's character and bruce willis that was well, idiotic...at that point, some people actually got up and left.
