um, Czar...if you're really concerned, consult a licensed medical professional - they can best identify what's wrong with you, and prescribe the appropriate treatment. good luck!

Unforgivable Sin?
by Low-Key Lysmith ini seem to remember back in my jw days, a scripture that said something to the effect that if you publicly denounce jehover, you would never be forgiven of it?
i really want to bring this up to my ever-persistant family as a good reason for me not to come back to meetings and try to be reinstated.
i have already told them that i will never, ever, ever come back, that i don't even believe in god per-se.

you suffered an anxiety attack, then walked it off. when you experience profound anxiety, you enter into a "fight or flight" response. you chose to flee the area that was making you uncomfortable. it's common to feel like you're floating, or to feel confused. it will probably occur again, but as long as you recognize it for what it is, you can deal with it.
Is this because I am going to be a father for the first time?
yes.Is this because I am looking for a real job for the first time in my life?
yes.WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH ME? Am I crazy (again)?
no, you're not crazy.i hope you feel better.

tell Grandma to quit preaching to your daughter, then tell your daughter that Grandma's religion forbids associations with outsiders (kinda like the Amish), and when other kids ask her about her grandparents, she can be honest and say they live in another state and she doesn't get to see them very often. then give your daughter extra love and support and soon she will accept this hole in her life. i'm sorry though, that she (and you) have to go through this. it's just a shame...good luck!

But I was wondering if I am really off-base here, or if there is a scripture that says something about not being forgiven for declaring yourself an athiest? Can any of you bible scholars out there help me out?
well, Hitler was no atheist - in fact, he loved God. so i guess God will forgive him for that little stunt he pulled that caused the deaths of millions of innocent people. (God is weird.)

72% Voter Turnout in Iraq
by Elsewhere inthe voter turnout for the 2004 us presidential election was 60.7% (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/a10492-2005jan14.html).
despite being threatened by terrorists, iraq's voter turnout was much greater than the last us voter turnout!
i'd say it was a far greater success than expected!

Are you still the nice polite witness person inside?
by prophecor inor have you shed that polyester portion of your personality?
might that personality trait truly been authentic?
was that really who you were, or a cover because we were required to be so civilized?
