I'm not losing faith in faith.
I'm losing faith because what Jesus Christ said would happen, is really happening!
Faith is no longer required!
Jesus Christ is amazing!

i came across this lecture at 3am not being able to sleep by dan baker.
it details his transition from christian fundamentalist to atheist and the various shades in-between.
he realises that every denomination of christian can open the bible and prove to you that they have the right interpretation and everyone else is wrong.

Ultimately, it comes down to me that if you are not allowed to prove to yourself things that are true, righteous, and just without being disfellowshipped, then there is obviously something wrong. But is it worth losing family and friends? A God that tells you he came to divide households and families (and then you see it in action) loses a lot of respect from me.
Pronomono,
Follow the Governing Body and its Watchtower corporation?
or
Follow Jesus Christ?
It's a choice that brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, uncles and aunts are making!
Yes, disfellowshipping is a consequence of the decision to follow Jesus Christ:
Romans 9:26
and in the place where it was said to them, ‘YOU are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’"
[Name of person] is no longer a Jehovah's Witness - ‘YOU are not my people,’
The wheat is being seperated from the chaff:
Matthew 3:12
His winnowing shovel is in his hand, and he will completely clean up his threshing floor, and will gather his wheat into the storehouse, but the chaff he will burn up with fire that cannot be put out."
Jesus Christ is cleaning up his threshing floor!
Matthew 19:29
And everyone that has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or lands for the sake of my name will receive many times more and will inherit everlasting life.
Jesus Christ did not say that following him would be easy however, everything he said would happen, is really happening!
Jesus Christ is awesome!

John 16:1-21
16 "I have spoken these things to YOU that YOU may not be stumbled. 2 Men will expel YOU from the synagogue. In fact, the hour is coming when everyone that kills YOU will imagine he has rendered a sacred service to God. 3 But they will do these things because they have not come to know either the Father or me. 4 Nevertheless, I have spoken these things to YOU that, when the hour for them arrives, YOU may remember I told them to YOU. "These things, however, I did not tell YOU at first, because I was with YOU. 5 But now I am going to him that sent me, and yet not one of YOU asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ 6 But because I have spoken these things to YOU grief has filled YOUR hearts. 7 Nevertheless, I am telling YOU the truth, It is for YOUR benefit I am going away. For if I do not go away, the helper will by no means come to YOU; but if I do go my way, I will send him to YOU. 8 And when that one arrives he will give the world convincing evidence concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment: 9 in the first place, concerning sin, because they are not exercising faith in me; 10 then concerning righteousness, because I am going to the Father and YOU will behold me no longer; 11 then concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged. 12 "I have many things yet to say to YOU, but YOU are not able to bear them at present. 13 However, when that one arrives, the spirit of the truth, he will guide YOU into all the truth, for he will not speak of his own impulse, but what things he hears he will speak, and he will declare to YOU the things coming. 14 That one will glorify me, because he will receive from what is mine and will declare it to YOU. 15 All the things that the Father has are mine. That is why I said he receives from what is mine and declares [it] to YOU. 16 In a little while YOU will behold me no longer, and, again, in a little while YOU will see me." 17 Therefore some of his disciples said to one another: "What does this mean that he says to us, ‘In a little while YOU will not behold me, and, again, in a little while YOU will see me,’ and, ‘because I am going to the Father’?" 18 Hence they were saying: "What does this mean that he says, ‘a little while’? We do not know what he is talking about." 19 Jesus knew they were wanting to question him, so he said to them: "Are YOU inquiring among yourselves over this, because I said, In a little while YOU will not behold me, and, again, in a little while YOU will see me? 20 Most truly I say to YOU, YOU will weep and wail, but the world will rejoice; YOU will be grieved, but YOUR grief will be turned into joy. 21 A woman, when she is giving birth, has grief, because her hour has arrived; but when she has brought forth the young child, she remembers the tribulation no more because of the joy that a man has been born into the world.

Isaiah 66:5-8
5 Hear the word of Jehovah, YOU men who are trembling at his word: "YOUR brothers that are hating YOU, that are excluding YOU by reason of my name, said, ‘May Jehovah be glorified!’ He must also appear with rejoicing on YOUR part, and they are the ones that will be put to shame."6 There is a sound of uproar out of the city, a sound out of the temple! It is the sound of Jehovah repaying what is deserved to his enemies. 7 Before she began to come into labor pains she gave birth. Before birth pangs could come to her, she even gave deliverance to a male child. 8 Who has heard of a thing like this? Who has seen things like these? Will a land be brought forth with labor pains in one day? Or will a nation be born at one time? For Zion has come into labor pains as well as given birth to her sons.

There are three scriptures in the bible in which the context is being born or becoming "sons of the kingdom".
In all three the context includes being excommunicated, aka disfellowshipped.
Coincidence?
It is the reason I like to see what people say on this forum.
Lots of disfellowshipped brothers and sisters.
The "special" people are here.
The "narrow gate" is smaller than people think.
Micah 2:13
"The one making a breakthrough will certainly come up before them: they will actually break through. And they will pass through a gate, and they will go out by it. And their king will pass through before them, with Jehovah at the head of them."

..specifically, the suffering of animals.
you can talk about free will/sin/people choosing to not listen to god etc to explain human suffering being allowed.. but how can you love a god that allows animals, that haven't sinned or chosen to not have anything to do with god, to have their short lives ended in often long, drawn out, painful ways.
i could list stories i've read that would probably make you feel ill, but i'm not looking to shock anyone or start an emotional debate.
Defender of truth,
Now watch the video I posted above and answer my question:
Do you think that God would still say that it is good?

I said: "Ablebodiedman, do you think that animals did not hunt each other before mankind existed?"
I really do not know the answer to that question however, I suspect that they did.
On the other hand if lions are going to eat straw in the future it brings doubts to my suspicion.
If that is God's intention for the future then did animals hunt each other in the Garden of Eden?
Either case I am looking forward to a time when the most intelligent men who presently make all the decisions are held accountable for ruining the earth and its creatures and causing such an immense amount of suffering.
If those most intelligent men are allowed to continue then I think the earth and its creatures are doomed to even more immense suffering far beyond anything we have witnessed or can presently understand.
I hope Jesus Christ comes soon!

Defender of truth,
Do you thing the decisions that the most intelligent men are able to make are keeping the earth and its inhabitants safe?
Do you think that God would still say that it is good?
Genesis 1:21
And God proceeded to create the great sea monsters and every living soul that moves about, which the waters swarmed forth according to their kinds, and every winged flying creature according to its kind. And God got to see that [it was] good.
Don't get the point?

Defender of truth,
Do you think that God cares about animals and will intervene to protect them after he has given men the opportunity to see how futile their most intelligent decisions are and the effect that their decisions presently have on the animal kingdom and the fish in the sea?
Isaiah 66:3
"The one slaughtering the bull is as one striking down a man. The one sacrificing the sheep is as one breaking the neck of a dog.
Isaiah 11:6-9
And the wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them. 7 And the cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down. And even the lion will eat straw just like the bull. 8 And the sucking child will certainly play upon the hole of the cobra; and upon the light aperture of a poisonous snake will a weaned child actually put his own hand. 9 They will not do any harm or cause any ruin in all my holy mountain; because the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea.
