Biblical Prohecies That Came True?

recently there have been several claims made regarding prophecies that came true.

i've not personally seen a prophecy that i would consider as having come true.

i would consider the following as the requirements to say something is a prophecy and evaluate whether or not it came true:.

the 70 weeks of Daniel fulfilled int he 1st century

The 70 weeks of Daniel STARTED in the 1st Century:

Acts 15:13-18

Would "Millions Now Living Will Never Die" qualify?

Yep!

Revelation 16:13-14

　And I saw three unclean inspired expressions [that looked] like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon ( "You positively will not die" ) and out of the mouth of the wild beast ( "Millions Now Living Will Never Die" ) and out of the mouth of the false prophet ( "Millions Now Living Will Never Die" ). 14 　They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and perform signs, and they go forth to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty.

Would "Millions Now Living Will Never Die" qualify?

Yep!

Isaiah 28:14-18

　Therefore hear the word of Jehovah, YOU braggarts, YOU rulers of this people who are in Jerusalem: 15 　Because YOU men have said: "We have concluded a covenant with Death; and with She´ol we have effected a vision; the overflowing flash flood, in case it should pass through, will not come to us, for we have made a lie our refuge and in falsehood we have concealed ourselves"; 16 　therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said: "Here I am laying as a foundation in Zion a stone, a tried stone, the precious corner of a sure foundation. Why was such a GREAT, GREAT, GREAT thing as Internet not foretold in the Bible?

jws claim that even such a small thing as proclaiming 1986 as the international year for peace was foretold in the bible.

this raises the question: why was such a great thing as internet (the influence of which could not even be compared with anything in the history at all) not foretold in the bible?

with internet and tv the world has become literally a global village!.

I have always woundered that. Also why the bible didn't foretell the holocaust?

It sorta did:

Luke 21:23-24

For there will be great necessity upon the land and wrath on this people; 24　and they will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive into all the nations; and Jerusalem will be trampled on by the nations, until the appointed times of the nations are fulfilled.

So for the last 2000 years have the Jews been constantly persecuted and even killed by the Gentile Nations all around the world?

Absolutely!

The persecution goes well beyond and before the holocaust.

Everything Jesus Christ said would happen, is really happening.

He is awesome!

glad to know this site is here.. i would not be writing this if it were not 2014. i was a ministerial servant and regular pioneer who left the jehovahs witnesses back in 1995/96, around that time.

i left suddenly, didnt fade away, just left when something clicked one day in my head during the morning shower and made me realize this religion wasnt true.

John 16:13-15

So who really does know God?

while you are sitting there reading this, there are literally hundreds of thousands of young males and females all over the world [ mostly in america / canada and england] sitting in their grotty little smelly bedrooms or flats, designing computer viruses that they will up-load onto web-sites to cause anonymous innocent peoples computers to malfunction.

these creeps spend literally weeks,months or even years hoping to make a computer viruses that will get into peoples computer bios to completely destroy their computers.

they never see the peoples anger, frustration and distress.... the damage can cost each person about 1,000 [ $1,660.74 ] or more to replace a basic new laptop or tower.
