Terminology the Society Hates?

in my most recent talk, i got counseled for using some terms that were not prefered.

for example i said "new testament" rather than "the christian greek scriptures".

i also used the term "gospel", but even worse, i made reference to the "synoptic gospels" and the "gnostic gospel".. i guess i never thought of it before, but when i looked at the societies information on the matter they always say things like, "the so-called new testament..." or "the so-called synoptic gospels..." why with all the "so-called?".

Perhaps you should counsel the local elders when they say "true Christians." You are either a Christian or you're not. Adding the word "true" does nothing to the meaning. It's like saying "real pregnancy." Either you're pregnant or you're not. There's no in between.

In simple terms, a Christian is someone who obeys Christ. (That's what "exercising faith" means isn't it?)

Luke 21:8

　He said: "Look out that YOU are not misled; for many will come on the basis of my name, saying, ‘I am he,’ and, ‘The due time has approached.’ Do not go after them.

That is not a recommendation from Jesus Christ.

It's a commandment!

So what should a "true" Christian do?

Do not go after them!

That whole idea is a red herring being used (by Satan) to divert their attention from what is really happening in regard to Armageddon.

The most import thing to remember in regards to Armageddon is to NOT be deceived by unclean inspired expressions (falsehoods) and being gathered together by them.

Jesus Christ gave us ample warning through the Gospels about the content of those same expressions.

It truly is amazing how spectacular Satan's success has been considering what Jesus Christ told us to watch for.

I would think ( if the Bible was inspired ) that one of the very first thing a truly anointed XIAN would do, was to walk away from the JW cult and publicly condemn it!!

They would then be hated.

Or elders in a service car group would take it upon themselves to explain the qualities a "true anointed" person displays, thereby implying that the person just being mentioned doesn't seem to fit that mold.

Perhaps the elders noticed that the person did not display these qualities:

Romans 9:25-26

[Name of person] is no longer a Jehovah's Witness ----- > ‘YOU are not my people,’
