ask most jws today and they'll tell you that, yes, watchtower has made a few mistakes -- that there are a couple date failures -- 1925 -- and maybe another one they can't even remember.. lest they forget, the following should jog their collective memories as to how egregious watchtower has been in their obsession with date predictions (oh, but we don't make predictions, they may tell you) over the 138 years of watchtower history.. len miller.

to them, 1914 was a simple one and done -- a mistake was made and it's been corrected.

The Prince conundrum

2 questions remain in the passing of brother prince:.

will an autopsy, that won't be made available for several weeks, reveal that he died of a drug overdose?.

did prince bequeath a large sum of money to watchtower corporation upon his passing?.

Will an autopsy, that won't be made available for several weeks, reveal that he died of a drug overdose?

Did Prince bequeath a large sum of money to Watchtower Corporation upon his passing?

The conundrum? If we learn that both of the above answers turn out to be affirmative then what will the Watchtower Corporation decide as to accepting money from a practicing druggie?

I've been fading for some 3 years now and hope that my elder husband can somehow see the light of the WT hypocrisy. This issue may be one in which he tips. Probably not.

This situation is another one where WT goes to all costs to turn the other way when it comes to their membership breaking the law. Illegals could be providing big membership numbers for them and they don't want to disturb that.

I don't know whether "accessory after the fact" comes into play here but if so, does that not make any knowing elders lawbreakers as well?

Hey, I'm not placing an illegal immigrant into the same bucket alongside murderers and rapists. However, my role as citizen, or employer, or elder (I'm just a wife) is not to make judgment. We have a system of law for that. On the other hand, should my husband look the other way?
