  THE MOST THRILLING MOMENT of your life.....?

  here is the most thrilling moment of my life.. i got to meet my film composer heroes john barry and miklos rosza at the beverly hills writer's guild theater for a seminar on filmmusic.. i was 30 years old at the time and going through my "you look like clint eastwood" stage.

  (i'm trying to explain my crazy hair!).

  i chatted with them and got them to sign my albums.. what was your most thrilling moment?.

  i've always been told that i have a very good personality, that i'm humorous, etc.. one elder called me over and said that i was "smiling too much".

  the other elders talked to the elder who counseled me and he came back to say that i should be like i was .

  oh! and then when i was in university, my dub housemate told the elders about my lady friends coming over "to study" on friday nights. now THAT was a shitshow: they asked me if i would bring my lady friends in through the back door or front door of the house. they wanted to know what time they visited me and they wanted to know what academic subjects we were studying.

  i was also counseled for my hair when i was teenager. they called me into a meeting and after a long speech about how "there is no official length" . . . . . they told me that my hair should not pass my shirt collar. so...i cut my hair and kept smoking weed and drinking underage......which i would be conseled for a little while later :p

  Dreams of the Second Coming of Christ

  i don't believe dreams have any divine meaning, but i had the most vivid dream last night and wondered if others have had dreams of the second coming of christ.

  from what i remember, i was at work and there was a huge trumpet blast and the sky split in two with a bright light.

  christ and all the angels appeared and i fell to my knees.

  here we go:does anybody know any witnesses who got baptised in order to achive something else instead of worshipping jehovah?for example i know a jw who got baptised because his only motivation was to get laid (get married) with a female jw..

  i got baptized in an attempt to impress my girlfriend that i was "spiritual" because some hot shot young MS with a steady factory job, car, and apartment was trying to steal her away from me while i was getting ready to go to university. that dude won in the end though: she dumped me, saying "i need someone more spiritually minded."
