All I can say is...
and ...
Lots of circumstantial evidence and no evidence pointing to a robbery and someone else. No physical evidence against him or anyone else.
Why no fight? She was up getting ready for an appointment according to Jarka why no 911 call when the door is kicked open?

kelle lee jarka has already been convicted of murdering his wife, isabelle, but the murrieta man will make his case to a national audience as part of a 20-20 segment scheduled to air friday.. the abc news program will air at 10 p.m.. its a very intriguing story, said jeffrey diamond, lead producer for the segment, in a telephone interview wednesday.. diamond said 20-20 officials had been following the case for more than a year and decided that the circumstances warranted a closer look, given that there was no physical evidence linking jarka to the killing, although there were mounds and mounds of circumstantial evidence.. it was one of those rare instances where someone was convicted of this type of crime and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, and the case was almost inclusively circumstantial evidence, he said.. on a preview video posted on the shows web site, jarka can be seen on a video with his wife, both smiling as they celebrate a special occasion shortly after they were married nearly 20 years ago.
Wow!! It was tough listening to that 911 call and hearing her mom trying to wake her up
I just can't understand what can drive a person to do something like this to the mother of his children, makes me sick to my stomach.

I looked for the short video and couldn't find it.
.
so let's reverse it, do you choose men by their face or bodies, or other parts maybe?.
.
Body... You can alway put a bag over their head Kidding..
Their head is usually to big for a bag. Pillow case??
Na.. has to have warm sexy eyes..you know the kind give you that chill that runs down your spine...
Yeah, We just had our 15th anniversary and we still cant get enough of each other. Our bods are no where even close to the way they were before... but those eyes...
just found out that there is a sex offender in my hall.
the "brother" that i was with said " the brothers will make sure that he is not put with any kids in service".
wtf !!!!
As a Mother of a child who was molested by a fellow JW I thank those who actually are warning others.
Personally If I found out a child molester was at the KH I would send letters to the sisters in the congregation with a copy of the public record of course I wouldn't sign it so they couldn't know where it came from let the elders hear from a bunch of mothers as to why no one has warned them. Sure you may get a few wackos that will actually believe that Jehovah cured this creep but the majority will be very cautious around him with their children.
As far as these creeps being allowed to be out on service only with another brother or elder?? Come on these molesters are good at what they do! Don't you think they would show up mid week when the sisters are out with their children..Of course the sisters wont know of his past and would be happy to have a brother take the lead in the group and would be equally happy to let their child work with this brother. It only takes a moment for these creeps to get their jollies and to think that the few elders that know of him and his past will be able to protect all the children in their KH is foolish.
if men got pregnant.
maternity leave would last two years ... with full pay.
there would be a cure for stretch marks.
We would have the hear the birth story a million times and each time it would get worse and worse.
I get a picture in my head of the men holding up the babies for a picture like they do the fish they catch..mine was bigger..mine weighed more.
this is so much fun.. my daughter told me to make pillows for my grandchildren for xmas.
great.
point me in a direction and see what happens.
What a cool Grandma
Great idea the kids will wake up thinking about you and fall asleep thinking of you.
i wonder if he will be df'd....probably not.. http://www.swrnn.com/southwest-riverside/2009-11-04/news/jarka-case-murrieta-man-expected-to-be-sentenced-friday-for-murder-of-wife.

That should be intresting.
I didn't know about Jim Avila having a JW background.
This is from the news section in the Free Jarka link.
October 16, 2009 – A reporter from ABC’s 20/20 interviewed Kelle. At the same time, Kelle’s oldest sister, Aquilla Schafer, and her husband, Bill, were also interviewed. The story is expected to air sometime in November.
November 6, 2009 – The sentencing hearing took place at the Riverside County Courthouse in Murrietta, CA. The Judge started the proceedings with comments from both families. Bill Schafer, representing the family, went first to give hope to Kelle and to encourage him. Bill finished his comments by saying he was proud of Kelle for his faith and for not wavering from the truth and knows that one day Kelle will be exonerated. Isabelle’s sisters also commented. With anger and emotion they continued to lash out at Kelle, calling him a monster. After the statements, the judge gave the ruling of the maximum sentence of life in prison without parole. Since ABC’s 20/20 were in the courtroom filming the hearing, the judge appeared to be grandstanding in making his own comments before he read the sentence. The Judge’s unnecessary comments caused pain for Kelle’s family as he called Kelle “evil” and kept repeating that the evidence was overwhelming, even though there was no evidence at all.
As soon as the sentencing hearing was over, the Public Defender’s office filed the appeal paperwork to get the process started.
November 7, 2009 – Website is updated to continue the efforts to defend Kelle. To date, tens of thousands have viewed this site.
November 14th, 2009 - ABC News 20/20 expected to air Kelle's story within next two weeks.
Love the way they say the Judge was grandstanding when he got the chance to make his ruling.
Hello!!! He was the Judge who sat through the whole trial and got to see everything that made it in and didn't. If he says the evidence was overwhelming over and over and the defendant is Evil he must have felt that way.
i knew of a handful (which is too many) that were molested by a jehovah's witness.
it was not typical in my experience.
what about you???.
Thank you NLHC. The molester is in prison for a very long time. Thankfully.
