Carnitas with cilantro onion and tomoteo sauce with a side of Spanish rice..Yumm. Just made some the other day.
Carnitas are really easy to make. Just buy a pork shoulder or butt and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and red chili powder put in a roasting pan at 325 for 3 to 4 hours depending on how big. You'll know when it's done when it shreds easily. Warm corn tortillas and add the fixings

i just heard the high school bus rumble by.
if i time my excursions on the road properly during the coming semesters, i will stay ahead of the school buses picking up/depositing kids throughout the day.. if a parent, are you really ready, once again, to start making lunches, going to soccer practice, volunteering in class?.

Joshua's birthday
by mrsjones5 intoday is my youngest son's birthday.
he turns seven and he's requested that we take him to mcdonald's, which is a relief because he had asked to be taken to chucky cheese's.
we're waiting for it to get a little cooler outside because joshua loves to play in the playground at micky d's.

The two witness rule
by dgp insuppose an active jehovah's witness sees a worldly person abusing a worldly child; for example, touching her genitals, and the witness goes to the police.
the worldly police will take action.. now, suppose the same jehovah's witness also sees a witness abusing a witness child in the same way, touching her genitals.
the witness knows he can't go to the elders because there are not two witnesses to the fact.. does the witness get to think that there is something very wrong about the two witnesses rule?

No, they didn't give us names, but the PO told us they were told to stay away and being that they all did, I'm guessing he was telling the truth.
