  good afternoon,.

  i am writing to give you a quick update about our ongoing statutory inquiries into safeguarding and charities linked to jehovah’s witnesses.. as you may know, one of our inquiries is into watch tower bible and tract society of britain.

  we opened this inquiry in 2014. watch tower then initiated what turned out to be protracted litigation against us.

  I'm sure at this point the higher courts know exactly what the WT lawyers are going to argue and are probably tired of hearing it.

  I truly think it's just a ploy to slow things down.

  I'm someone who gets motion sickness in the car when on curvy roads so imagine my surprise when I tried out the googles that came with my new Samsung phone and loved it!! I'm really new to it so I'm still learning but I really enjoy so far.

  I get LA news it was one of the top stories at 5pm and 6 last evening.

  I wish I could say it surprised me but it seems to be more and more JWs are getting busted. I'm so glad the victim gained the strength to go to the police. I hope it helps with the long road to healing.

  Being Positive around family that are still in.

  if you are a fader or you have reduced activity markedly - say resigned as a pioneer or an elder or ms or gone inactive and still have some relationship with your immediate family or spouse - how do you stay positive around them when you feel like shaking them out of their stupor but believe deep down it would be counter productive?.

  After realizing nothing I said would change how they believed and would only lead to a very uncomfortable visit I refuse to discuss anything JW with them at all. Of course that left them with not much to say, so now we have very limited contact.

  Watchtower loves to play games don't they? Refuse to turn over the list until terminating sanctions are issued against them, then all of a sudden they'll turn them over... but black out all the information! I truly hope the judge sees through the crap and starts holding them to same standards they would any other defendant!

  If anything at all can show just how heartless this religion is, it's this. They drag the survivors of abuse through depositions, delays, appeals upon appeals knowing they cant truly put the nightmare behind them with it dragging on and on. I sure hope the survivors are doing okay through all this.

  let's set aside our differences for the moment and appreciate this excellent documentary cedars put together that should prove to be an invaluable tool in helping to expose the child abuse issues in the organization.. i was humbled to be able to help with this project on such an important subject, though my part in it was insignificant..

  Great video! I cried a few times of course. I sure hope this gets a lot of views, everyone needs to see just how cruel this religion is to victims.
