According to the oral argument calendar the appeal is being heard today. I'm sure it will take months for the decision to come in.

okay, i'm about to engage in a major word vomit.

just giving you fair warning as your time may be better spent somewhere else.. so, i'm sitting on my lunch break, bawling my eyes out, and writing on this forum to people i don't know yet probably have a great deal in common with but at the same time, used to scare the daylights out of me.

for years, i would come across this forum and 'lurk' awhile if you will, or see things on youtube.

Please take care of yourself. I remember those same nauseous feelings and headaches, it feels so overwhelming in the beginning.

Talking it out with your therapist and maybe some medication to get you through this stage might be the best thing for now. I'm sorry for how your feeling, but I'm happy you're free from the cult.

What shocking stories did you ever hear about?

as a pre-awakened ms, i heard of 2 stories that i found very shocking at the time.

please keep in mind, i was following wt blindly at the time and was part of what i thought was the true religion.

the first shocking story was when i attended a large meeting for elders and ministerial servants covering our circuit.

I'm pretty sure it's just one side asking for more time before the oral argument.

In this case the judge denied that request.

Please correct me if I'm wrong you lawyers on this forum.

I thought it was the oral argument happening on Feb 11? I could be wrong but what I read was the appellant tried to continue( postpone) the oral review and was denied, so on it goes.
