Frome (pronounced Froom) in Somerset have moved as a complete congregation from Welshmill Lane in Frome (Charity commission shows this as being their address in 2016) to share Midsomer Norton's Kingdom hall in Waterloo Rd, Midsomer Norton. This is 8 miles away.
The Midsomer Norton address is shown for both congregations on Jborg.
These congregations are both presently in different circuits and under new arrangements I believe Midsomer Norton is being moved out of its old Avon Circuit.

Be "ill" a lot.
living in new england means having lots of snow and cold.
elders were very reluctant to cancel or reschedule a meeting due to the weather.
i lived 3 towns away from the kingdom hall and if it was icy and treacherous my vote would always be to cancel the meeting....and forget about rescheduling!.

I have a single issue copy of that Watchtower January 1st 1989 (Britain - English) with the wording "in our 20th century." - exactly as you show.
The CD-Rom is exactly as the bound volume you show. - "in our day."

the jist was that we all should sing.
then the first 6 or 8 paragraphs describe how early bible accounts have trained and set aside musicians to do the singing while everyone else listened.. the songs they have put out have no soul, rhythm, or soothing melodies as a whole.
the old hymns are some real music, even if you don't agree with the "teachings".. there is no admission of poetry using archaic language at times for affect or to add to the rhyme, they have to have everything agree with the grey bible.. anyone speak foreign languages?
