Would a JW Elder consider physical evidence?

i was wondering if anyone could comment on the likelyhood of a witness elder considering physical evidence of molestation.

so far all i am hearing about is the 2+ witness rule and i would like further clarification.. if sally-sue's parents walked up to elder marvin and said: 'hey!

brother phaux raped my sally!

Elders are not obligated to consider physical evidence. Elders are not doctors, lawyers, police officers, detectives or otherwise trained to consider physical evidence, although some elders think they are. Elders are required to judge a matter based soley upon scripture and verbal testimony of witnesses of actual JW's or sometimes, but rarely, even persons who are not a JW.

If there is physical evidence of a crime, go to the government authorities with that evidence. They will definitely consider it.
