  it seems like the list of people who are accusing him of rape and sexual assault is growing every day.

  i'm skeptical of single accusations but the number of people and the similar stories seem overwhelming now.. it's not a conviction but to the court of public opinion ... guilty?.

  It's kind of amazing that this guy could get away with this for this long. ESPECIALLY, him being a black man at that. It would seem like one of these women would have went to hell and beyond to try to bring charges against him. He HAD TO HAVE some big brass backing and covering up for him. I just don't see this one guy doing all of this, for all these years, and not having it take him down a long time ago. If Cosby is 100% guilty of these crimes......there are many others that need to answer with him.

  Also, I think most of these women were probably abused by others in Hollywood. That probably won't be revealed

  @ShirleyW that's what these cases are looking like. People who are mad about failed careers that seeking revenge for it. As far as sexual predators, they will always be out there.

  It's going to be hard to prosecute Cosby after 20-40yrs of silence with no concrete evidence. Why were these women so scared to not talk for so long? Did they tell friends or family? If so, where are they to back them up?

  @vidiot speaking of Hollywood. There was allegations this year of a Director who molested young men.

  I never was a fan of Cosby. I always thought he was corny. It's kinda funny though, how he built this clean image through his family show and comedy acts, but yet he was in movies like Uptown Saturday Night before he delved into the clean father act. I want to believe the women but for most of them to come out about this after 30 or more years.....it's crazy. They claimed he was too big and had too much power for them to be believed. HELLO, HE'S A BLACK MAN IN AMERICA! There's no way that a white woman would not at least raise a few suspicions with a allegation of rape against a black man, no matter the status of that man. Just a few allegations would have made Cosby's world crumble back then. Just my 2 cent

  Sad to say but most of posts on here are dead on. The JW are under so deep in mind control that EVERY GB member could go to each congo and SLAP each JW (including kids) and ALL it would take for the JW to not get upset is......that the GB got direction from Jehovah to wake up his people to be more urgent in the preaching work. This action would wake some up to the TTAT but the majority would just feel guilty and try to be more “spiritual”. The GB got these folks completely!!

  it's kind of depressing to me since i'm still single and have no kids.

  @piztjw I've seened that stated before on this forum. I think I did overhear some elders saying count the kids too while I was still in. So I know this is close to the truth

  @Punkofnice Great point. The time was supposed to be “short”. Guess it's helps with the attendance count for right now. I'm sure they're counting the babies. The numbers will look good until that 11 year old or 12 year old grows up and wakes up. There was a couple I was close to. They are a few years older than me. I remember vividly, sitting over lunch with them and talking about the world. I stated that “I wonder how the world will be in 10 years?”. They were quick to say that they don't think that we have 5 years in this system. That was 7 years ago and they are now having a child in their mid 30's. I think they know that “New System” isn't coming anytime soon.
