Some of the crazy statements out in Service: "Do you know the special song?" TO those who say they are going to heaven. Funny how they can ask someone that and not know it their self to verify. "Do you know what God's name is?" Funny how in the WT own literature and bible. They admit that Jehovah has been accepted as God's name just because it is well known. YHWH=Jehovah???? "Have you ever READ the Bible?" Funny how they ask that but Most Witnesses have never really READ the Bible. One of the most annoying questions of all time. "Would YOU like a free home BIBLE study?" Funny how they ask this, knowing that it IS NOT THE BIBLE THAT YOU WILL BE STUDYING FROM But some 223 Book that changes from time to time. WHAT A FALLACY!!

That brings to mind one elder who use to always make statements like this when he counseled; For ex. "It's good that you enjoy socializing, Jehovah is a happy God and wants us to be happy too. We all want to enjoy company with friends that we love and cherish the association that we get from them. BUT do you THINK is WISEEEEEEEEEE.......to associate with those who are not Jehovah's people, Especially those who are pronounced as APOSTATES." Then he would say "Do you have your Bible handy." I used to HATE THIS!!!!!!

Fake Knock and Other Sneaky Tactics During Field Service

i don't like bothering people on saturday mornings about the latest watchtower & awake magazines and try to convert them from their religon to become a jehovah's witness.
so, what i did was just wait until the group passes by and fake knocked.

This thread and posts is the funniest ever! LOL, keep it goin. Instead of actually fake knocking since its hard to get away with that. I would use "it might be a dog in the yard" excuse, after acting like the trash cans and shrubbery were hiding Cujo. Of course this would only work if the house had a gate and if your partner had not been there recently. Another trick I would do and still do, is walk up to the house but as you reach the porch, slow down considerably as to let your partner feel inclined to knock on the door. Of course this would only work if your partner was over zealous or ignorant to the fact that you have been doing this. OHH Field Service
