after a couple of days away from the board and doing some hard thinking and contemplation about my life, and reading (though i'm not done yet and the conclusion may turn out to be a letdown) a fabulously insightful book called the courage to be, a funny thing has happened...i feel as sane, calm, and alive as i've felt in years, maybe ever.
maybe this is a manic episode or something.
probably not because i'm not really doing anything productive nor am i making any grandiose plans.
I had a similar experience a few months ago, here on the board. I just totally lost it one night. For a week, I did not return.
I think we all have Tale. It's good to remember that on days when it seems someone maybe acting abrasive for no good reason. We all have bad days from time to time. I for one try not to take everything everyone says too seriously. Sometimes someone just has a bad day, and sometimes someone is just an asshole too. I can forgive bad days :)

great question as i have always wondered about quite a few of our screen names.
as i was reading the responses, i looked at holey cheeses - king of the juice's avitar and thought about how i have been wondering for the past three years, what the hell that is a picture of.

all things being being equal, is the feminine gender endowed with more trancendent beauty than the masculine?
before sending any stock replies like, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," let me just say that i acknowledge some degree of relative beauty insofar as man and woman bear their own distinctive perfections.
but consider specifically which sex seems to bear more inherent grace to the end that it inspires our sense of harmony and desire to be more perfect ourselves.

) to share my changes on this 2 yr anniversary of me joining the jwd, so here goes nothing.. i joined this board 2 years ago, after coming from another board that was almost strictly jw related.

Mathematically women have a more centered center of gravity, which makes them more graceful and better dancers. Also they have boobies which all of us are attracted to by pure instinct. Generally they have less hair on thier bodies and seem less animal and more human.but screw all all of that, they are just puuurrty.
