Or is it the case these days of a quickly checking eachother out, deciding "he'll/she'll do" and then jumping into bed?

i did, i was one of them, and like all that i've known, i left..

i know of one family that i watched growing up, they worshipped their oldest son.
really, whenever the son had any success in life they threw a congregation party to celebrate it!
hired a hall, called the caterers everything!

Hired a hall, called the caterers everything! it was actauly very embarssing, especaily the part of the evening that involved the son and/or father taking the stage and making some teary thankyou to everyone....yuk!

for those who left the truth did you ever think of sending xmas card to the menbers of your old kh just to stick it to them..
the grounds of my old congo has a 7ft conifer tree in it. I'd dearly love to sneak in there one saturday night and decorate it as a xmas tree! lashings of super glue on each bit of course so that it couldn't be torn off in a hurry, and maybe specail baubles that say things like "607 dosn't exsist!".
Just imagine their faces come sunday morning!!!! haha! i don't think decorating a tree counts a vandelisum dos it?

a ATM is called a "hole in the wall", can come as quite a shocking expression to those who don't know... " i'm going to get some cash out from the hole in the wall!"

spotted dick is wonderfull, has to be served with lashings of custard, and then of course theres sticky toffee pudding:) Jam roly poly, trifle, bakewell tart, rice pudding, jelly and custard with 100's and 1000's on top.... Banana spilt, apple and blackberry crumble... the list is endless

somthing that anoys me about US made films when they portray the Uk is that they always show london in the winter as having New York style snow , which never ever happens!!!!!
The people featured are always posh/ upper middle class, nearly always anyway. Always with bad dress sense too, and the street dress of the brits in london is some of the best and most ground breaking in the world.
oh and they always think that everyone is somehow related to a lord or lady and we all have some stately home to go to where we get married, or where people get murdered.
rant over...
Oh! one more thing! in 101 Dalmations they showed chipmunks as being part of a english forest! ... spot the flaw....?
