  Encounter with JW's take two...

  my doorbell rang about 30mins ago, standing out side was a 30 somthing man and a very very young boy.

  the young boy mumbled and stuttered and limply waved about a awake magazine at me.

  i told him i wasn't interested because his religon had a bigger child abuse problem than the cathloic church, the difference is jw's cover it up better.

  Hi Blondie,

  This was a JW style very young 17. He had the demenour of a 13 year old if you compared him to worldly boys. He certainly did not look 17.

  hi scott77,

  thanks i was concerned though that i wasn't going to get a 2nd chance, and quite frankly neither was this boy, I don't have the luxuary of a return visit.

  Today i have shown this young lad 1) one aspect of his religon is badly wrong 2) that his fellow brother couldn't defend it 3) i've told him were to look and what he will find.

  If he ends up here...... welcome!:)

I told him i wasn't interested because his religon had a bigger child abuse problem than the cathloic church, the difference is JW's cover it up better. Look on the internet i said, it is plastered with storys about JW child abuse and how it is covered up!

  He looked stunned, and asked me to repeat so i did, at which point the older guy behind him decided to take over. He said " well you know there are alot of lies said about JW's!" , i interuppted and said " so what are you saying? that all these children are lying about being abused?"

  " no" he said " but the bible dos say that nobody is perfect..." , " so that gives them the right to abuse children does it?" i said.

  "no" he said " but if we live our lifes by what the bible says we will have better lifes even though we are all imperfect" , " i know" i said " and you use the bible to cover up child abuse, a child comes and says ""i've been abused" you say "" were there two wittnesses to it?" and if not you won't belilve them!"

  He had no answer to this, and you could see the penny dropping that he was talking to an apostate, worse still that he had no answer.

  I turned to the young boy and said " your very young arn't you? how old are you?" he said 17, " ok i said, your stil young enough to make somthing of your life, these people will tell you not to look at anything about them that hasn't been printed by them themselves, they will tell you to stay away from what the interent says about them, you can obey that if you want, but if you do, you will be wasting your life in this cult!"

  While i was saying this he actauly made eye contact with me, somthing he had yet to do, his eyes flashed a little, but as soon as the older guy chimed back he meeked looked at the floor again.

  " if you would read our magazines you would find out that we are good people!" , " i know exactly what kind of people you are! trouble is you don't" i said, he stumbled around saying "well.... well" obivously losted for words, so i said goodbye and put them out of their misery.

  The older guy quickly and gratefully darted for the door, the younger one made eye contact again and said "thankyou, goodbye"

  You know what? all my life when i was on the doors as a JW i never had the abilty to defend my views or pull facts out of my head like that. Amazing that i now do!

  Whats with the karate chops????

  something i can't explain and i'm hoping someone here can: i've seen footage of people doing karate chops against bricks etc, when they slow the footage down to slow motion it shows that before the blow has struck the object breaks????.

  now whats going on there please?.
