  sunday my father, a strong believing witness, former elder and still a ms, collapses at home after the new light watchtower study.. the cause was extreme stress.

  Thanks all for the hartwarming messages from all over the globe! My father got more attention on JWN then in his own JW congregation!

  He's is not well at the moment but has to rest much.

  The past weeks I had some good converstation with him about small parts of TTATT. Because my parents have to care for a mentaly handicapped son (my brother), the are looking forward to The New World (tm)...

  So, now they feel and know that The New World (tm) doesn't come in their life, they are feeling down both, leading to the collapse of dad.

  Thanks again and I hope all the new understandings will wake up many of the brothers and sisters, but I hope they stay in good health...

  I will visit my father this week. I'm happy I told them 3 weeks ago that they are the best parents a son can get.

  Sunday my father, a strong believing witness, former elder and still a MS, collapses at home after the new light watchtower study.

  The cause was extreme stress. I asked him about his worries. He told me he's feeling old, feeling tired and see's his end comming without Armageddon.

  He never thought about getting old in this world and had always a strong believe in the new world.

  This week I will visit my father again to support him.

  this week we heared about the 2014 international convention in new orleans.

  this morning my wife told me .

  that the society must have made an arangement with the authorities about investing the witness money in the local econony after katrina.. even i did not got this idea.... it could be true!.

  i found a great phrase in it from the movie scarface, and it's how i feel about my dissident feelings.. 'you need people like me so you can point your fuckin' fingers and say, "that's the bad guy.

  Today I had some time to read the saturday's paper. I found a great phrase in it from the movie Scarface, and it's how I feel about my dissident feelings.

  'You need people like me so you can point your fuckin' fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie.'

  Great isn't it? It makes my day!

  New Light related to Watchtower Society Isolation closing the shop? A scenario

  i was thinking about the next scenario:.

  the united states (and western world) are losing influence compared to china, india and other new economy's.. with this decline of influence, the watchtower society, a true american religion and it's subsidiary's corporations are losing profits and losing it's base in much country's under china / india / indonesia / brazil influence.

  what i see is that the watchtower society is selling it's main assets: landmark buildings in optimal condition.

  I was thinking about the next scenario:

  The United States (and Western world) are losing influence compared to China, India and other new economy's.

  With this decline of influence, the Watchtower Society, a true American Religion and it's Subsidiary's corporations are losing profits and losing it's base in much country's under China / India / Indonesia / Brazil influence.

  What I see is that the Watchtower Society is selling it's main assets: landmark buildings in optimal condition. The Brooklyn buildings (1 billion dolllar), The London officies (The Ridgeway & ISBA House), Roma (Via della buffelota), Madrid, Spain and many of the Southern American branches and the Caribian Islands.

  All the profit will be transfered in an one way direction to the treasury management office of the WTBTS. Ready for cashing.

  So, for example see the next calculation:

  assets devide by FDS was: 2 billion : 144.000 = 13,888.88 dollar per FDS member

  assets devide by FDS is: 2 billion : 8 = 250,000,000.00 per FSD member

  So, the current FDS class members have won the jackpot with their "We like this new idea"!!

  So, I think, they made a scenario for further isolation and "closing the shop" and have secured the assets for themselves, helped by their accountants, investors and lawyers.

  Gorby is not feeling well at the moment. Wife and kids went to the KH last week. Gorby stayed at home watching live soccer game PSV - Milan.

  The next day the guilt feeling came. Thinking about my kids at the KH without me.

  Next step was thinking about my own JW youth. The good things. The fun I had at the book study. In the late '70 and early '80 when I was 7 to 10 years old it was feeling safe and secure. The highlights, the first "lecture", reading the bible for the congregation. The applause of the audience...

  This feels worse, because it influences my relationship with the most valuable I have: my 2 kids of 4 years old and my wife.

  So, next to the guilt came hate. I hate this f*ck*ng religion with it's so called standards and best way of life. Because it torn apart my own fantastic close family.

  Interview Dutch Witness family: Jehovah is above everything else. Even above our children!

  in a dutch (netherlands) nationwide daily newspaper, today an interview with a witness family was published.

  a perfect witness family.. only not so perfect: they say "jehovah is first for us and above everything else.

  @1009: Are you from the Netherlands also? A coincidence that you know him. It's a small world. He is from a congregation nearby but I did not see him.

  They look like a relaxed couple with nice kids. He does IT @ KLM so he is not stupid... but is indoctrinated.

  I wonder what makes them being interviewed by a national newspaper. Maybe they are asked to do this by Bethel or the CO.

  No witness does an interviews without asked to do so.

  But it's bad PR / bad press for WTS.
