It's pure marketing. And being honest, it would not be a good idea to capture a real congregation. First the privacy thing and two it would be a humor movie with crazy answers, bloopers etc etc. That's not in line with the nearly perfect touch and feel of jw broadcasting.

new arrangement - chairman
by inbetween ina thought on the emphasis of the importance of the new chairman arrangement at the midweek meeting:.
it reminds me of a tv-show, where the showmaster introduces tv-clips of some topics.. is it maybe a preparation for meetings with more and more videos ?.
and all the local brothers are doing is introducing them, creating anticipation for what big skydaddy prepared this week.. i wonder, if most of the meeting times in years to come will be videos anyway.....

Toledo buildings for the Watchtower real estate staff, is designed by a state of the art designer.
Not a designer office, no, a state of the art designer. Look at the impressive list of luxurious projects the Toledo site is part of. It seems that in reality nothing is good enough for the representatives of God on earth. And thats maybe the reason the short of donations. The Toledo project is at photo line 25. I went down in the first Round!
by John Aquila inthere is a visitor brother in town and from what ive been told, he has been a missionary for many years and they were having a get together for him.
i took my mom to that get-together yesterday and stayed for a few minutes.
i heard a group around a table with the visitor brother talking about how hard it was getting in the world with so many distractions and that many of the brothers were falling into the trap and leaving jehovahs organization.

My Mom Is Dying
by minimus ini just wanted to say that my dear 89 year old mom is terminally ill and will soon pass.
she is on morphine and hanging on.
she has been a devout witness for about 60 years and a wonderful mother.

Minimus, I wish you strenght and the power to heal your emotions. We all are more hurt by dying loved ones because we were once sure we all would not die at all.
Because of these promises the last parts of our live will be emotional with a deeper layer.
Give your mother all the love you can these days. Think about the other relatives also. And watch yourself.

Watchtower Society: something terribly going on - scenarios

and if an publishing house is minimize the portfolio,
and if a member of it's board of directors is telling the costs are higher then the profits,
than we now there must be something going terribly wrong.
So, with the urgent and haste of changing plans in a U-turn, we can conclude that the WTS has:
1) put their assets safe on the Caymans Islands, protecting it for legal reasons (Australia, VS lawsuits).
or
2) have made a terribly mistake with options, high risk investments or theft by one of it's financial advisors.
or
3) did have no clue about their assets and made expansion plans without financial advise, now a emergency stop is made.
So, what do you think, are these reasonable scenarios?
