We have a pair of peach ring necked doves that are wonderful.
They are very tame and sound like they're laughing when they coo.
There are also smaller diamond doves that are gorgeous.
those sound like nice birds to have. they have my vote.

i discovered a site called www.jwmatch.com which have pictures of individuals claiming to be jws looking for others jws to date.
based on the watchtower's anti internet stance and meeting people online, i doubt this website is real.
has anyone else seen this site?
ha! my sister met her husband on jwmatch. she did have to lie to people and say she met him at a convention however.
it's the 21st century mate!
there is no evidence for demons and ghosts!
people saying ouija boards really work because: "this one time...at band camp...." crap i say!
ghosts
reminds me of the 2 homosexual ghosts who kept putting the willies up each other.
every one of those stupid programs where they get you all riled up to see a ghost is actually just a bunch of sad f**kers walking around on night vision camera looking freaky with black irises while they jump over imagined noises.
awake 85 7/22 p.30 "buisness man nearly marries own daugter...donor sperm fathered 806 babies..he was the father of his intended bride..."

this is right up there with the enquirer's "hitler's bunker found on the moon" type articles.
i'm a long time lurking of this site(2 years) and a first time poster.
to provide a little background of myself i was not raised as a witness but started studying when i was 19 and got baptized at age 21. a few months after i was baptized i left due to the constant worship of the faithful and discreet slave and the lack of emphasis on christ.
for reasons i'm not sure about yet i decided to attend the district convention last week.
I'm not sure if this was brought up on this thread. But if you go back for social reasons alone, have doctrinal issues again later and finally decide you cannot rationalize or justify staying in, then I have to say it will be harder the longer you stay. If you're in your 20's building a social life is going to be easier than later on in life when all your peers are involved in their own lives as often happens as people age.
I think 20's is a good time to start a social life from scratch. Most of my friends were from my early 20's.

why not find a church that focuses more on christ?i'm not christian so i don't know what direction i can point you in, but, it doesn't seem to be that jw's are a good fit for what you are looking for.
if you do go back, keep your options open, and don't stop searching for answers.
best of luck,
