lolz I love the subliminal art theories. Why is the Anarchy (a very crude not well placed one BTW) symbol there? Um it couldn't possibly be that it was put there by accident? Or that the person who sees those things is just fishing for something "evil"? GTFO with that crap. They might as well accuse the WTBTS of being reptilian shape shifters, or aliens from another planet. Those idiots give those who want to do something positive for exiting JWs a bad name. Haha I was telling the president of our company I thought we should advertise at MMA events since they seem like the type would would use it like a status symbol. So I can certainly see the a-hole types just using them to get attention. When I would do shows for the other company I worked for (our companies are linked through some investors) I would play around with them and always felt a little weird especially since I don't smoke. It was almost like the feeling you get when you have to wear a costume or something to a normal event. Of course now since I'll be doing trade shows and events I'll be having to use them all the time.

I got the luck of the draw. I had worldly friends and lots of kids in the hall. We got to sit together and joke around. I am one of the few who actually look back fondly on my childhood. Sure there were the weird moments when my Mom would freak over a Weezer CD being demonic but my Dad always stepped in and curtailed the bizarre behavior.

I agree young born in's are leaving in mass numbers...even the ones that are not leaving seem to have a more lax attitude about things. I take that as a good sign that the org will get more and more liberal as it gets older...well liberal to us, it will probably be just as old and stuffy to folks who just come in the door.
