  Welcome Me Back... Please

  after a very long hiatus in which i organized my feelings, thoughts and actions, please take time to welcome me back to this fine forum.. i'm trapped inside the organization, with no end in sight whatsoever.

  however, i've learned to keep a pretty good balance of the inner and outter world; not perfect in, not perfect out, just keeping a good balance for my sanity's sake.. feels good to be back posting again.. dy.

  he came to visit on saturday.

  i hadn't seen or heard from him for a couple of months, usually we keep in touch by phone at the very least.

  he told me that he had been going back to meetings and written 2 reinstatement letters.

  Can someone tell me what Family Worship Night is? Is this something new. I have been out about 7 years now.

  Lil, they dropped the book study groups and combined with the School and Service Meeting. The FRee night is for Family Worship.

  C.O.'s: Why Are Elders Such Cowards?

  abusive, egotistical, demanding, ungrateful and arrogant circuit overseers all over the place and "men" -the elders - take it.. i have seen a number of these itinerant predators offend entire congregations with their behavior and i can count the incidents where elders actually showed some b@lls and stood up to them on one hand.

  why are elders such cowards?

  The other thing to bear in mind is that it is 2 weeks a year. Once the CO has gone back to normality. Typical seagull management, Fly in, Make a lot of noise, shit all over you, and fly off again.

  Ever been in a fight with an arrogant middle manager at work? Unless he's already pissed off the guy above him, its a fight you are going to lose. The CO's are closer to the top, and I'm sure their version of any dispute is what will be believed; at least until they accumulate a sizable record.

  i guess one of the things that i hold most against the senile octagenarians who run the wtbts and tell us things like "rock music is from satan" is how much music i either missed out on or felt guilty about listening to.

  i love music.

  everyone who knows me can tell when i am not listening to enough music.

  Elsewhere, that is a great video. In the UK we have the right to remain silent, that has really helped me understand why. Thanks for posting.
