Creationist Evolution

i've been having some small but effective chats with my wife of late.

she is, i hope, starting to think about some things a bit better now regarding the wts.

when i told her of the rule about not hugging in the prayer, she thought it so absurd and thought i was telling lies until she saw it herself.

Evolution I do not know enough to agree or disagree with. I do beleive that there must be a higher power that is doing the creations and what ever this higher power is called or how ever this power does it I don't know either.

Funny thing though that the bible does not mention dinosaurs, and the time frame that the bible gives for when the earth was created does not go back far enough for when the dinosaurs were created. According to science and the bible does not match on time frames.

I hope I made some sense in what I just said...

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Use the Term "Manmade Religions"?

over the years, and just a few weeks ago as a matter of fact, i've anwered the door to find jehovah's witnesses standing there.

in my discussions with them, they've usually mentioned "manmade religions" and armegeddon.

having looked into their religion somewhat, and more so lately, i have to say that the entire movement seems to be manmade and, if not, i certainly don't know where, or how, god could have had a hand in it.. what is there in the way their church was formed that would make it formed, created or established by god?

I believe that JW are man made because they keep having to change the rules, and I do not beleive God would approve beating on children.

1 Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples, saying: 2 “The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the seat of Moses. 3 Therefore all the things they tell YOU , do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds, for they say but do not perform. 4 They bind up heavy loads and put them upon the shoulders of men, but they themselves are not willing to budge them with their finger.

Controlling dreams I have not been able to do sense my early teens, I don't know what happened.

I heard that marijuana stops dreaming. I have started dreaming again sense I quit smoking but have not controlled a dream yet.

I do remember telling myself before I went to sleep to confront the monster in my dreams before the monster went away.

May be that is the key to tell yourself what to dream before sleep. I will try that when I have something good to dream about.

Like a dream without JW's in it...

Does your body have a stress reaction?

i suppose mine is not uncommon (see below) but i have noticed it again of late and cannot deny the connection to excessively stressful events in my life.

i involuntarily keep my jaw clinched and within a day or so i get a piercing pain in my jaw up by my ear.

anyone have a cure for this?

I told an elder that my brother was in trouble and needed help. He told me that he will give my brother a call.

He did not call my brother and my brother committed suicide.

Well this child abused shall not rest untill the great child abuser JW's stop this vicious circle of child abuse. First of all confess their own sins in other words quit this sick behavior of self denial because they are a sick petifile.

Ya! and tell me things are different now, and I go to the meetings again and see someone beating a child.

AW how I would just like to bust one in the head, and let them know how it feels, but I can not do that but I can report to child abuse authorities, and I would like for any one who sees child abuse to report it to the DHS.

If you will not do it for me please do it for my dead sister and my dead brother. Thank You...

Elders and texting

not sure if this was caught on in your cong or not, but now our service overseers text everyone in their group for their field service time.. now i understand that texting and email are good tools, i use them everyday.

but how impersonal can you be.

espicially when it comes to "life saving work".

I don't know much about this texting stuff but I have asked that they call me first instead of interrupting my work and they pay no attention to me because they think they are the authority. So I do not answer them on anything anymore.

Reminds me, one time I was an unbaptized publisher, and an elder picked me up to go out in service in another town, and the whole time he was calling people on his cell phone when ever he seen phone numbers on cars or motorcycles for sale, and on the way back home he was talking about DF queers from the congregation. I was wondering if he may be queer himself and was ready to get home and away from him.

It was rather scary riding with someone that does not even ask what or where you would like to go next. Talking about MEism the hypocrites...

I tried to have a talk with this elder sometime later and he does not even remember anything, and he asked why I wanted to talk to him.

Piss-on-him... I don't remember what the point is now. Ya! and the mother of this elder and of the main elders at this local cong. was making remarks about my dad's private parts to my mother.

How impersonal the $OB's are... They need a good A$$ whooping the child beating $OB's...
