  hi, um..i've been looking at this site for a while and decided to join.

  i'm 20 and have been studying since i was 14 (not a publisher) but i honestly didnt really look into the witnesses or analyze what they said.

  all i wanted was to learn more of the bible lol, but recent events have made me notice how pushy they can be.

  some returned it to the society and others quietly disposed of it.. sending the book to lawmakers is a provocation.

  there is no doubt that this book and all it represents belongs in the garbage can of history, ben ari said, adding that it "galvanized the murder of millions of jews" throughout history, including during the spanish inquisition.. government spokesman mark regev told ynet that "we totally deplore this behavior and condemn it outright.

  i just thought you should know that mrs cedars has finally taken the plunge and joined the forum.

  she was able to log on for the first time yesterday.. though we both "awakened" at different stages, mrs cedars was very supportive and non-judgmental when i first began exploring my beliefs from a critical standpoint.

  she is currently in the process of reading crisis of conscience and aquainting herself with some of the facts of witness history that were hitherto unknown.

  there's a cool story in there about how a ministerial servant got deleted for playing violent video games, and then wrote to the branch office about it and told people in his congregation.

  The WTS can condemn the "world" for injustice and that it will be corrected by Gods Kingdom. But injustices within the cong should be swept under the carpet and forgotten. Elders that make mistakes can be detrimental to the victims. It is an injustice to allow such to happen. I know of an elder and ms who were removed for playing "violent" online video games. Now the new circuit overseer feels that this was wrong. The views of right and wrong often times changes with the circuit overseer.

  How many JW pedofiles do you personally know?

  i was just thinking that out of the 200 jws that i actually know, at least 4 of them to my knowledge are pedophiles.

  i know for a fact, through personal confidences.

  that means, as far as my circle of jovo friends/acquaintances goes, 2% of them are kiddy fiddlers.. without mentioning names or details, how many do you know of for a certainty to be pedos, and what percentage does it work out at, considering all your circle of jovo friends?.
