Are congregations in Spain suffering an increase in banking fees since Watchtower 'seized' their bank savings?

remember a few years ago watchtower literally 'siezed' all individual congregation bank savings around the world above what was needed to cover basic kingdom hall monthly expenses?

a new march 30, 2017, boe letter has just gone out to congregations in spain, which, more or less, explains that congregations bank account funds no longer entitle congregations to reduced banking fees.

HQ getting a kickback from the bank for having all congregations using the 1 bank, while congregations are paying the fees? just a thought

after cyclone debbie pounded her way across the queensland coast she then dropped massive amounts of rain onto the land.

one area just west of mackay was hit with a metre of rain in 48 hours.. lots of damage towns going under lives lost.. go the abc.net.au/news..

Stayed home yesterday, were advised not to go on roads.
while much of Brisbane was having heavy rain, flooding, here in Clontarf it rained but I didn't see any really heavy downpours and no high winds, I kept thinking why am I staying home?

i think it would be great if the gb could testify on behalf of the russia brothers they say care so much about.

if nothing else it would show the dear russian brothers that jehovahs organization has their back.

and give them moral support.
