  i just do.. if a thread title has misspelled words or someone's rant has misspelled words, all i see are those ragged, misplaced letters all akimbo.. it's like watching early morning tv and i can't notice anything said by the fat woman who doesn't know how to dress for her figure.. i just think silently ... "you're fat and you dress poorly.

  what ever happened to pastor russell, founder and legend of the jehovah's witnesses?.

  check out his website.

  he's still alive and kicking.. nearly 100 years ago, utilizing bible prophecy and with strong faith in god, pastor russell foresaw: technology that would instantly spread knowledge and information to everyone on earth; global warming with melting polar ice caps; the eventual restriction of civil liberties; growing political power of protestants; the rise of islamic terrorism; social and civil rights movements; globalization; oppression of "corporate giants" (a term he coined); the merging and collapse of world economies; the jewish holocaust followed by the re-establishment of israel, and much more.

  Florida v Tennessee

  if i were to go into the thousands of reasons why i hate the gators, the university of florida, or gainseville, time wouldn't allow it.

  and i have much football to watch today.

  but at the time the vols go to play the gators, i hope that they totally kick their stenchy, lard filled @$$es all over the field..... .

  i've been watching the us open and there are some fine looking tennis players on the circuit.

  the ladies are all talking about juan martin del potro, the 6 foot 4 player.

  personally, i like almost any of the russian girls.

  witness "poem" with scriptures sited... what would you say?

  a dear friend, who found out i left 'the truth' sent me this poem, and was actually sweet about it and said that if i ever wanted to come back jehovah and the brothers and sisters would lovingly take me back and the angels would rejoice (after they put me thru hours of committee meetings for celebrating holidays and birthdays and then dfed me, but after that they'd rejoice).. anyway, reading the poem... made me remember (only left a year and a half ago) how great of an idea it all was.

  wouldn't it have been great to be true instead of a whole elaberate freakin lie?

  anyway.. whith all these "scriptures sited" how could you dispute it???

  hey there everyone, i'm hoping to get some assistance in a project i'm working on.

  does anyone know a good site or sites to go to that document basically the teachings of jws under ct russell then the changes joseph rutherford instilled in the belief system?

  i'm going to try to go through all the changes in outline form.. thanks in advance for any help i can get!.

  Confusing details in "What Does the Bible Really Teach?"

  i've gotten through this entire booklet and have post-it notes on nearly every page.

  i know this is a "study brochure" for newly interested persons, but the sugar-coating and glossing over of history, facts, and some of the outright lies i've discovered in it are astounding.
