Exactly where is the expansion?
by NeverKnew inthere is a thread that i'm really enjoying discussing the consolidation of congregations into existing kingdom halls.
i'm realizing that the only threads that have spoken of building were related to branch offices.
we know the wts's consolidations and reopening a are a shell game of sorts but i'm wondering... is anyone seeing an increase in kingdom halls in their part of the world?

by Sour Grapes inat the meeting sunday, the brother giving the "public talk" (no one from the public is ever there) was talking about how the organization is moving so fast.
as proof of this he held up the new field service time slip.
yep, that was plenty of proof for me, a smaller time slip to guilt the congregation to use their tablets in service to show video's.

Yes there will be a big push for tablets rather magazines because they dont cost the GB any money at all.Its a shame that they couldnt use the money that they have saved from not printing 55 million magazines a month to get the pioneers a tablet but of course in the borg all the giving and taking is always one way. -

elder opened the talk with a disclaimer saying that this was a reminder (cited psalms about how david loved jehovahs reminders).
he reminded us of how bless we are of having our own local assembly hall.

most of the time, sparsely used, and today was a very blustery day.. notice the justifying comment- "quite a few" checking out the cart.
i am sure they were..... .

scary21 talking about walmart if you go on to the worlds richest people 10 ten list 3 of the people there are part of the walmart family and they are worth billions of dollers each anf if you added all their money up they would be richer than bill gates.they have the same problem as lots of rich people do because they are so greedy and have such sad lives they NEVER have enough and are never happy.Nobody needs more than a billion dollars and once you have got a luxery house and a few luxery cars and go on vactions every month but lots of people fall into the money trap -

beth sarim you are right about the reduction of the magazines, 50 million magazines a month less worldwide and from jan 2016 they are undated not january but edition one, its so they can still be giving them out on the trolleys in 12 months time or even 10 years time (ive got some teaching books from the trolleys this week that were printed 10 years ago) -

nothing it suits headquaters just fine how things are now,people are able to get their 70 hours a month in and they are pestering people going door to door and the rank and file are not giving out many books or magazines
