  If you go on the main jw website THEY will tell you that they have closed 20 branch headquaters around the world plus they are selling prime site in new york and london.Itravel a lot and have a look in all the trolleys i see.They have had NINE year old teaching books to give to the general publicAnd they are using the 30 page mags more than the 200 page books, i dont think they are in money trouble just yet but they might be thinking ahead for the next five or ten years time.If they really thought these were the end times they would be using all the money to help all the pioneres go full time to get more people into the kingdom.

  So one of the elders kids told my son she is not going to college, but will pioneer. my son told her he is going to college.

  i then explained to my son that her father has no degree and barely provides for his family.

  he works like a fool, .

  why if they think that the world might end in two years time dont they use the money they have to pay for the pioneers that they have now to go full time to tell as many people as possible.They have been saying for over 100 years that the world is going to end but they have always been happy to just use slave labor

  well another big bad elder here just wanting to say sorry.. i'm sorry that so many were treated like crap, and shown that god's love is not to be found around jehovah's witnesses.

  i'm sorry that inadvertently i've likely taught many to judge and as such see that racism permeates every corner of the jw world, else why else would someone be of the world, or even inactive.

  i'm sorry i sat in on a jc, and voted to df.

  besides the usual 1914 assertions/ world getting worse all the time/ our day is the worst of all time nonsense, the co mentioned some interesting things.

  he missed out on immortality by being denied the tree of life.

  God tried to help people with the laws of moses but people had got the wrong end of the stick by just keeping outward laws and rules and not being bothered what their hearts were like and did they love people.so god had to send jesus who spent ages telling people that having love in your heart towards yourself other people and god was the important thing.And also jesus took the "rap" for all our sin and shame so that if we were made clean by his blood we would be able to get to heaven
