hey wendy....not sure if we met...which legion ? sechelt , gibsons or roberts creek?....i lived in same mobile home park as rachel and mark, from 93 till i moved in 02....her kids were all alive her son and my son used to go to school together...i heard he was further east of the coast and her two daughters were fine also one had gone north to alaska to work up there and be with some guy.....last time i saw mark he accidently was standing beside me in local grocery store and when i said "hi" to him it was as if he were a dear caught in the headlights...lol...guess he wasnt sure how to act around an "apostate"....lol...he took off faster then id ever seen him move.......janette

i also knew the graham family....the father was still an unbeliever at the time i left (02)...the mother michelle went through a bout of cancer and underwent chemo treatments...one of the graham boys left or was df some time back not sure if he is still out or back in?...janette

i lived in roberts creek , british columbia and was neighbor and best friends with the rouleaus....until i D.A'd in march of 2001... i knew them well and thier kids...i lived in area for another year then moved to ontario...so much for agape love...!!..dont know how the jw's can claim they have agape love when they put conditions on it ...lol...anyway i attended the gibsons, roberts creek and sechelt halls from 91 to 2001...and now live happily in pensacola florida

while attending the district convention at the cow palace in san francisco, the jw man who had brought me into the religion, told me that ray franz had resigned from the governing body, and several were disfellowshipped from bethel in a major cleaning out of apostates.

i was shocked, and asked why ray franz would resign.

im looking forward to reading part 2...your words hit home with me i also had rays book ordered into our small library here where i live and felt so afraid that i was going to get caught at the counter checking it out or leaving with rays book...it opened my eyes to what the wts is all about...i have since d.a'd myself and have been on the road to healing....im taking with me the good things that have come out of my relationship with the organization, and trying to forget the bad..... yfic, janette

are witnesses the only true christians on earth?

are they the only ones who truly know what it means to be a christian and to apply those principles in their day-to-day life?

i really enjoyed reading your post !!..printed and made a copy to keep on hand for my own references and also made a copy to give pastor of non denominational church here where i live...he is interested in j.w. doctrine and reaching and helping those of j.w faith that will listen to him...we spoke some on mediatorship of jesus but i didnt have all the wts references...so thank you again for your wonderful post...

you are baptised in the name of the father and the son and to serve the organization....not exactly when it was changed lates 80's or early 90's
