2pink, you know I love ya. Thanks to you too for being a wonderful support! I know how you feel about the family. It's just so glaringly obvious from the outside looking in how it IS closed off, and it IS judgemental, and it IS NOT loving and kind. That makes me feel better, just thinking that. And also to have friends like you, and those here at this board. I too come here every day.

So I'll say here what I can't really say on Facebook this year (even though I have pictures of a tree with my kids, and a santa lap sitting lol)

a couple weeks ago my outta town dub uncles and aunts came in from philly and of course being that the family is here we all have to go to the we'redumb hall.

the wt topic was about jealousy, and the good parts and bad parts of it.

my manager expects a business plan tomorrow morning, and of course with all the holiday stuff i totally blew it off until the last minute.

if it weren't for procrastination, i'd have no plan at all.

i need to show how i plan to be profitabl, and i am so new to all of this, i have no clue where to start.

I just feel like crying... I'm so fed up of the hypocrisy!

i was very disgusted with the wt study for today.. towards the end of the article it refers to matthew 15 (see quoted scripture below).

this is a beautiful passage where jesus says his followers need to be hospitable, care for sick, hungry and imprisoned brothers.. they turn it around and say that for jw's this means they need to support the "faithful and discreet slave" by going in door-to-door witnessing, making monetary contributions to support the worldwide witnessing work, and following the directions and counsel of congregation elders.. and the worst part of it all is that there were several commenters giving almost word for word answers to that effect, they didn't even seem to listen to previous comments, they just repeated mindlessly what the paragraph said... i was ready to burst.

mom knew i was about to have a fit right there and then.

Cattails, this is precisely how I felt the last few months attending the meetings. I would go back and forth from listening and being furious, and the gazing off in the distance thinking of just about anything other than what was being spoken about.

I really feel for you, haing to be there with no choice.

Thank all you kind people who were here to help me, and aggravate me enough to ensure I wasn't going to be beat by this - haha!! I finished the plan, not sure if its what he wants, but its what hes getting.

Overview

With every business venture, there is hoped t be a measure of success. This plan will outline how I intend to realize my goals.

Vision

I hope to be able to set 1 appointments from Tuesday to Friday, the bulk of my workweek being on Thursday. Monday will consist of team meeting, phone calls, and firming up my week. Tuesdays I hope to spend time not on appointments advertsising by walk and talks, pull tabs, and pole signs.

Specific Goals

To be able to put out 20 pull tabs per week, each week working a different direction to saturate the area.

Set at least 10 appointments, and sell at least 4.

Make an average of 20 dials, with exception of Monday.

Become efficient at Walk and Talks as well as my sales presentation.

Learn backwards and forwards all the different option we hav in insurance products and coverage for diverse groups.

Looking Forward

In 10 months time I strive to be earning enough commissions and weekly bonuses to ensure financial stability for my family. I hope to be able to tour and attend team meetings and further training in the Chicago office. I visualize myself as being as important part of the XXXXXX City group for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX. Taking steps toward being a support person to new hires, showing them by example that in jut one year you can make a success out of being an Independent Licensed Agent.

Thanks though. I've emailed another member of the support team, and they are going to forward theirs to me for reference, add that to what Bohm posted, I think I'm good to wing something at him. Seriously, it's going into a file, and probably wont ever be looked at again. Its just a matter of jumping the hoop.

I go peoples houses (or place of work, or coffee shop) and talk to them about life and health insurance...if they sign up,get through underwriting and accept their plan, I make a handsome commision. The commisions are paid from the company with which I am associated with. Im not sure what else you'd need to know that I haven't provided already.
