All the wear and tear on my car, all the money I've given MAcy's for suits, ties, dress shirts, shoes, and other crap I hate wearing. The next car I buy, it has to be suitable for field service, so it has to be a four door, because a two door just isn't theocratic enough. I don't 100% blame the WT for not going to college as I was a knucklehead in highschool anyway and probably wasn't mature enough to go regardless, but I do blame them for influencing me to have an inappropriate outlook on life back then. Guess what?? This system of things that supposed to be coming to an end.....it aint going anywhere anytime soon!! The King of the North, The King of thd South, whatever, for all we know that was a mistranslation, and the King of SouthWest aka Taco Bell's fake ground meat is the real Gog of Magog!!! Whatever, its all so stupid!! All of it!! Worrying, and losing sleep over absolutely nothing, just to appease family. Just to appease family because I love them that much. It aint fair, it aint right! All this crap. I'm telling you, I kid you not, but my CO will be visiting in a couple months, and I swear I'm going to lay him out on the floor. For many of you, Jaracz was the picture that represented all that you hated about this rotton organization. Well, the CO, he's young, and cocky. I won't feel guilty for dislocating his jaw. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm so heated right now man. I swear to God, if I was in NY I'd pay those bastards a visit. Friggin volunteer to drop off their garbage literature. Today at that retarded WT study, they mentioned the Catholic church's letter regarding no use of YHWH/JHVH, and all those jackasses in my hall lapped it right up. Not near one of those retarded idiots printed that letter out and looked at. I did, and I understand where they're coming from, and it makes sense to me regardless if I don't 100% agree with it. The WT though, assholes that they are, used it as an oppurtunity to slander another group of Christians that doesn't recogize that so called faithful and discreet slave. You know today's WT mentioned the faithful and discreet slave two times today!!!! To friggin times today!!!! They're getting cocky now, rubbing it in our faces like, "yeah we've got your family in the choke hold, and if you choose to stop paying homage to us, we'll have your family disown you!!" Assholes, in every sense of the word. I hope Osama send his kinfolk out to fly a couple planes to Walkhill, right in the middle of one of those GB meetings. The world would be better off without them.

Tuesday night, I drove to a couple of older sister's homes, and dropped off their magazines, and Kindom Ministries. Thursday night, I went to the meeting and cleaned and locked up the building. I also dropped someone off who earlier recieved a ride to the Hall but their ride couldn't come back to take them home. Saturday, I drove around with a couple other people in my car doing return visits. Later, a sister was having a gathering, and I stopped at the grocery mart to get her some chips and dip for her guests. Today, a family is having some vehicle problems, and so I took them to the meeting, and stopped at the grocery store so they could get some groceries to hold them over until their car is out of the shop.
Why am I relaying all of this to you? Well, on my way home, my car made an unfamiliar noise, and I'm under the impression my transmission is getting ready to croak. So guess who's going to have to drop his car off in the shop? Yeah, thats right, Misery friggin loves friggin elders!!! All these years of repetative meetings, glorifying the friggin faithful and discreet bastard slave, and reading and dropping off literature that nobody wants!! Years of this crap!! Pleasing my parents and my brother and sister!!! Pleasing all the people in the congregation that would either be hurt, or laugh out of spite if I "stopped serving Jehovah" which means stopped serving you old decrepit rotton bastards in Walkhill!!!! You jackasses owe me!! Thirty plus years of waiting on the so called end of this system of things, thirty plus years of wasted educational oppurtunities, wasted romances, wasted years of your crap. "But we're the only ones feeding", yeah yeah whatever, get throat cancer and die, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I mean that!! Jackasses!

The Gentile Times Reconsidered
by Spade indisproving the date 1914 as a significant year in bible prophecy is of great importance to some (e.g.
carl o. jonsson).
along with the meticulous details of bible and secular chronology, broadening one's horizons when assessing exactly what this date represents when compared against the 6000 years of human history likewise has merit.

Ya know something, I have to tell you guys something. I love Leo, she's a braniac, and a cute one at that. I love her. Her going back and forth with Spade just broke my heart. All these years I thought I knew something that only 6 million other people knew. I'm a Jehovah's Witness, a member of the true religion, and ya know what..........I didn't, and don't know shit. What a life.

CO was asking for money in his talk last night
by life is to short inok i listened in on the phone last night to the co's talk after the book study.
i am truly starting to realize that otwo is right and it is just making me more depressed and mad.
but my husband still goes and it is helpful to be able to bring things up with him.. so i was half listening when he starts to go on about where the money goes that we put into the world wide work box at the back of the hall.. i started to tune in more and he was going on and on about how the ones in the full time service do not have any money and how what we give is what keeps them going and how we need to give.

COs and their wives need to go get jobs. The same with Bethel heavyweights like Bro.Mercante. Get a job. Stop mooching in the name of Jehovah. Page 179 of the Come Be My Follower book has a real gem in paragraph 15.
"Think, too, of the wives of traveling overseers and the sacrifices they make to accompany their husbands from congregation to congregation and from circuit to circuit. They forgo having a home of their own and perhaps have to sleep in a different bed each week. Wives who willingly put the interests of the congregation ahead of their own are to be commended for their generous expressions of self-sacrificing love.-Philippians 2:3, 4"
Ya know, thats the life they chose. Nobody forced them into it, they chose that life for all its good and bads. On top of that, considering that, of what benefit are COs and their wives to the average publisher in the congregation? I've never been encouraged by their visit. Its just another week with extra meetings and extra field service. Some old moocher and his mooching wife pontificating on the joys of the ministry. Just because they label it as a "special week of activity", doesn't make it special. To me thats the true definition of lipstick on a pig. Get a job. They essentially get paid to go out in field service, give talks, harass elder bodies, and organize assemblies. In return they get a monthly stipend, lunch and dinner from The Friends. Often enough, there's usually a house or nice apartment arranged for them to reside in, usually in a central part of the circuit so that they have reasonable access to all of the various congregations. They have newly leased vehicles.
Now consider the life of many JWs....nobody is helping them pay the rent, or taking them out to eat twice a day. Nobody is paying them for all of the expenses that are involved with field service, such as gas, clothing, wear and tear on your vehicle, etc.. Not to mention its "volunteer" work with a knife to your back in the form of congregation pressure from elders, pioneers, and the Lieutenant Moocher himself, the Circuit Overseer along with his mooching wife. I find it repugnent for COs to request financial assistance for themselves or Pioneers, or the organization itself. If there is an actual outline for this talk, it speaks volumes regarding this organization. Its too big for its britches. This is not coinciding with 1st Century Christianity. Christians then were self sufficient as Paul was a tentmaker.

Did you feel your BOE was spirit directed?
by pontoon inwhen i was first appointed i did, not me myself, but the body as a whole.
good group of spiritual men.
at first a pleasure to serve with them.

Sitting in an elder's meeting will put to rest any notion that the BOE is spirit directed.

How far are you on your journey away from the JW Org?
by punkofnice ini mentally left the org in march 2010. i stepped down as an elder after my lad got into trouble.
i researched the publications to make myself 'spiritually strong' but it backfired.. i was in mental and emotional turmoil, still on fs, the platform and meetings etc.
i had to force myself to conform to ever failing jw doctrine.. i announced to my family that i was not going back to meetings in august 2010 after the 'overlapping' joke of 'new light'.. i told the elders not to call.

Mentally: Waaaaay out. The more I pay attention at meetings, study, go out in field service, etc., the further out I go.
Physically: Waaaaay in. If you could see me in action you would think I would never leave.
I hear ya......same here. Mentally I'm gone, reaching Danny Hazard levels of resentment towards the WT. Physically though, I'm setting a fine example!

You know, they really have a lot of nerve to print this nonsense. As a born in, I find this article to be offensive. For one thing, they call it a "volunteer" work, yet they keep record of the time that people put into this so called "volunteer" work. If a person's time "volunteering" isn't as high as the national average, the elders in the congregation are supposed to "encourage" that one to do more. On top of that, to make the claim that the work is supported by "voluntary contributions" is utter nonsense. The general public doesn't contribute jack to the WT. Why would they? For one thing, they don't know anything about the JWs other than what they don't celebrate, they're weird, and show up on their front porch to bother them about some magazines that they didn't want in the first place. Why would anyone with a reasonable mind contribute to that? People contribute to causes and foundations that they know will benefit some downtrodden person, or community in need of assistance, which the Watchtower is not in the business of doing.
They're about themselves and their precious literature. Voluntary contributions my behind......all the money we've spent on vehicle maintenance, gas money, lost sleep, preperation for field service, getting up early to clean up the house because you have the "privilege" of having "The Friends" meet at your home on Saturday morning at 9:15am, worn shoes, car wrecks, winter weather, ruined dress shirts due to insufficient deoderant and tee shirts from doing door to door in 90 degree weather where we accomplished absolutely nothing, showing up uninvited on people's front porch bothering them about some poorly written article on whether or not the fruit fly evolved or was it created, getting chased off of people's property because the last elder who had the territory didn't make a note on the back of it to not call on 666 Insane Street, ........yeah, I love volunteering. Pricks.
