Santa Claus Accused of Drugs, Womanizing--Abused Reindeer Family Speaks Out
by sd-7 inrudolph reindeer iii issued a statement this morning that has resulted in a great deal of controversy, but so far has prompted no comment or any official inquiries of any kind from law enforcement authorities.. "i am making this statement now, in the hopes that the claus family will release the hold that these events have had on myself and my family for three generations.
the time has long past for someone to stand up and speak out.
understand that i do this with great hesitation and considerable fear for the safety of my family, but with determination to see justice served.. "my grandfather, the original rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, wrote a detailed expose of santa claus' illegal and immoral activities in the north pole.

I must be a genius- I did a perfect Windows 7 upgrade.
by moshe inmy 20006 dell e510 was getting pretty long in the tooth and when i saw that dell had the win7 family pack 3 upgrade license on sale this past weekend for $125, i bit the bullet.
my next stop was the local compusa store for a galaxy 256mb pci-e video card- with a nvidia 8400gs chipset for $19.95 after rebate.
i installed it in on my old xp computer and then ran the win 7 upgrade advisor from microsoft- showing-- a 3ghz p4 cpu, 1.5gb memory and the new video card passed the requirements for the win7 aero screen- all tests were in the green.

Congratulations, Moshe! I upgraded from XP to Windows 7 about a year ago, and am very pleased with the experience. That's not something I often say about software!

Flying to Orlando tomorrow, my daughter is in the hospital
by coffee_black inmy daughter is in the hospital with pneumonia, and possibly a blood clot in her lung.
they'll be testing through the night...apparently, her heart is enlarged as well.
she is scared... and if her jw father catches wind of it, he will be there trying to intefere with her treatment... he lives close by to her, so i'll be flying down in the morning....to head him off at the pass.

Happy to hear Ali's treatment is going well. Probably best to ignore your ex, as much as possible under the circumstances.

Brief Drama Parody: Do Not Let Your Eye Become Wicked
by sd-7 in[drama introduction music].
[brothers move out podium, replace it with a couch, love seat, and a television on a bench.
two teenage girls, who can best be described as jailbait for worldly people, watch an objectionable program together.].

Wife & I were Without Electricity for 6 Days - Empathize with 3rd World......
by flipper ina massive storm from alaska knocked the hell out of northern california , giving us a foot and a half of snow , snapping trees like matchsticks , crashing multiple electrical lines in the sierra mountains where we live.
knocking electric out for 6 days ( thus my dissapearing act from jwn for 6 days ) - we had a 90 ft. ponderosa pine tree ( 3ft, around ) crash on the lower end of our acre we live on .
it's still leaning on oak trees suspended in time.

Flipper, if you have a big enough chain saw that pine tree should restock your wood pile for quite a while. Just need to wait a year or two to dry it a bit. Glad you're back from your at-home camping trip!

Is the donation of Blood allowed for JW?
by Hoffnung inthis might seem to be a silly question, but if jw are allowed to accept certain blood fractions, they could consider participating in providing these fractions?
would be ok for a jw to donate his/her blood, if it is under the condition that it can only be used for the production of specified fractions?
has anyone asked the society (gb) this question, or is there already a thread on this?
-
GLTirebiter
A person can only donate a relatively small amount of blood each year
In the USA, one unit (pint) every two months: 6 pints per year. You can earn your one gallon pin in as little as 14 months.
