  note: i retyped the boe letter that was sent from the christian congregation of jehovahs witnesses to all congregations in the us.

  how much money flows into the watchtower coffers at their annual fund raiser the district convention?.

  former witness lurene stanley working along with her high ranking jw.

  husband had the opportunity to see what goes on in the back room at disrtict conventions.

  i have no regrets turning my inordinate childhood obsession with cleanliness into interior and exterior maintenance: janitorial and gardening.

  Coco, sorry for your aches and pains.

  Janitorial/Construction/Landscaping jobs are physically demanding and can turn big, strapping men into a shadow of their former selves. As others have said, a good stretching routine can do wonders for your recovery. Integrating yoga, massage therapy, tai chi for muscles and mind. You could find low cost community based or student run classes in your area or borrow DVD’s from the library to start you off.

  Thanks Barb.

  This fleecing loving arrangement just adds to the WT hypocripsy. Also, it will be a way for them to see who the big donators are. As a dub, I would be uncomfortable with them having my cc account number.

  Bdays and the DFing policy were not real concerns of mine but I had major reservations about the blood policy. Once I started reading and researching, there was no turning back. Like many have stated on this thread, WT teachings are full of lies and unbiblical (if that's your bag). Knowing what I know, the answer is yes.

  Snakes = Married

  it has been over a month and a half since i have even been on the board, and that really only to ask about gps units (got a tom-tom) and mention the new job.

  way too busy with life - post jw now 4 years.. of course, the new job has benefits, health insurance, etc.

  (including unlimited use of the company car for personal use and the company pays for the unlimited gas for about a $25/week out of my check -- huge benefit) and this has enabled toni and i to finally after a two year engagement, to get married.

  just felt a tremor in boston and was on the phone when it happened with a coworker in dc - shook the building there :).

  Felt in the tremors in PA, lasted less than a minute....got the rest of the afternoon off. Yay!
