You can't make sense out of nonsense.....and you cannot reason with the unreasonable.

but if you live one more day when armageddon starts you will die a horrible death with no chance of a resurrection.

Was Sin Inevitable?
by Parker ini was wondering about this question and wanted to ask: was sin inevitable?
also, i had thought about past watchtower articles or publications related to this topic and did some research and found this from our readers ask if adam was perfect, how was it possible for him to sin?.
well, then, did god create adam with a moral weakness, so that he lacked the ability to make sound decisions or to withstand temptation?

I always had issues with the theory that dwelling on a "sin" would lead to one actually following through and doing the deed.... I have observed in my existence on planet earth that a greater number of what are construed as sinful acts are impulsive.....kind of out of the blue mistakes people make. Sociopaths may dwell on the evils they plan to commit....but that group is not representative of the average flawed human.
At best it is indeed a conundrum....and trying to make sense out of a spirit creature disguised as a reptile playing mind games with a pure innocent newly created human and her subsequent curiosity....well....good luck with that. And then endeavoring to explain it from God's perspective??? Given the JW view of God it becomes the utmost presumption to try to explain his thought processes.

Don't forget to take Sauerkraut for COVID-19 ?
by was a new boy infermented foods may lower your risk of covid-19 death.
countries that consume higher amounts of traditionally fermented foods have lower covid-19 mortality rates.
according to german researchers, significant changes in the microbiome caused by modern life and low fermented food consumption may have increased the spread or severity of the disease.

Realistically concerned...not scared crazy. Following guidelines respectfully. However the idea of being a vaccine guinea pig does give pause. I would prefer a tried and true protection....and that may take years.

ELM - Elderly Lives Matter
by BourneIdentity ini believe a light has to be shown on the elderly, forget blm.
sure, blacks are being mistreated by law enforcement at times, but there are hundreds of millions of people on a daily basis having no regard for the elderly by not wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic.
they believe the elderly have to be casualties for the economy and getting normalcy back.

I am a septugenarian and healthy. I believe all lives matter and that people should all be kind, compassionate, fair-minded and respect their fellow man no matter what age, skin tone, or political/religious leaning. A pandemic that has taken thousands of lives is not a hoax nor a political conspiracy. It is a medical scientific reality and the more people follow the common sense parameters and endeavor to halt or at best hamper the viral spread, the better off we all are.
I do not like wearing a mask at all, but I certainly do not consider it an infringement of my personal rights or liberties. I consider it a respectful response to the well being of my fellow man. Twisting issues to glorify or vilify a political stance is unnecessary and we have seen far too much of that thus far.
The pandemic presents many challenges and alterations to our daily lifestyles...but adapting to new circumstances is far healthier mentally and physically than balking and potentially causing damage to ourselves and others.

I had a total Audubon sanctuary in my back (front and side too) yard...plus squirrels red and gray, the fattest chipmunk ever..rabbits etc. Sold place, moved...have seen one bird here this far....I hear them but not in yard...put seed out...nothing yet and how I miss them all! There is a heron that roosts in a marsh down the street....and one night coyotes were yowling...
I love all the critters....

My letter of disassociation, what do you think?
by James Jack indear brothers, july 27, 2020. in 1919, the president of the watchtower society made a bold prediction, “millions now living will never die”.
that quotation was constantly repeated by the organization till the year 2000 when they realized that everyone in attendance at that assembly, who listened to j.r. rutherford repeat those words, are dead.. that teaching has guided my life.
statements were repeatedly made at assemblies, conventions and in print that there was no career in “this system of things” so you don’t need a job with benefits or retirement, your fulltime job is to “preach the good news”!

I think your letter is very succinct and speaks volumes. It is very sad that so many of us were ensnared in that web and lost years of our lives to it. But we can make the best and the most of the present. Thank you for sharing.
