and one of my jw relatives said they were told by some elders that meetings and field service will resume before the end of the year.. they said this covid virus was a test, like when the romans breached jerusalem and retreated, only to come back later and sack jerusalem.
Sure... the remaining Jws will double number of doors they bang.... to see less than half the result they had in the past... no matter what they say or do..... The numbers will continue to decline.... its written on the wall.... of the park restroom.

so i noticed one of the members here came to my jwtalk website, where i am an important administrator, and tried to join my site.. i check in here every so often and i was able to deduce that person was an apostate fraud, likely bent on polluting my site.
i denied their request to join.. ha!

i’ve noticed a change in family attitude recently, like there is just something extra on their mind.
i even had to call my brother to check if he was dying and too scared to tell me.
anyway, i saw a video last night my saying jws think we only have 12 months left before armageddon so thought maybe this is the reason for changes attitude.

most of the witnesses i knew never really talked about sex.
whatever couples did was pretty much kept quiet.
every once in a while a wife might complain to the elders or a friend that the husband is too demanding or even immoral because of the sex practices the husband wanted.
Any religious or social group that gives rules to normal body functions alters the functional view of such functions.
However, "normal" is defined by what the majority practices.
all of us who lived under those influences are biased at some level until we identify the processes

although this is not a jw thing, the netflix co. is running a new show called "the great hack"- it relates back to 2015 pre trump era/ obama involved with the cambridge analytica group about how inserted these companies are in our lives.
anyone in the world, especially targeting the us- has 2000-5000 points of interest about them, enough to sway their thinking on any specific subject - this covers the us election tied to brexit, to bannon, to breitbart and tied to rise of hate, this company worked with biggies, facebook, google, etc to release personal information to cambridge -- talk about gerrymandering!
they targeted the fence sitters in the 2016 election and promoted ads that "pushed" voters to vote in a specific way.

cults are famous for controlling information about people, places and events which are embarrassing to their self-myths.in my experience from the beginning of my personal contact with jehovah's witnesses - i knew next to nothing at all.
i was in elementary school in the 6th grade, age 12. a school chum who was a jw befriended me and the indoctrination began straightaway!it took all of 6 years of studying and attending meetings before i agreed to be baptized on a date very easy to remember: it was november 23, 1963 - the day after president john f. kennedy was murdered a few miles away in dallas.
(during the convention i attended - not a single mention of assassination or kennedy or his family was spoken.
