I believe you meant the faithful and discreet slave. The Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the men at headquarters are told by Jehovah what his thoughts are. Jehovah is supposed to tell these men what he wants to do by means of the Holy Spirit. The only spirit I think they have is liqour. Maybe somebody else can expand on this, but I thought I would give you a quick answer.

Thanks one and all for your thoughts. I do want to get more opinions too. I know I am doing nothing wrong, but I do want your support. I have lived on my own for 6 years, so when my friend wanted to move in, I said yes. It will be fun to have somebody to share my house with for a change. We plan on doing many activities, and if the Elders come over here, I have a disassociation letter ready. I am surprised nobody has been by in the last year. August 27, 2000 was my last meeting, so it shows how much they care about me anyway.

We have sat down together and talked about the ground rules of her moving in. My purpose of posing the question is, Jehovah's Witnesses see her moving in as a sin. I don't see it that way, because she is just renting a room from me. Now you all might be right, at 18 she could fall for me. If that happens, then we would have to deal with that later. By the way, my mother thinks her moving in is a good idea. Keep sending your messages.
