  the 3 judges took the side of the victims.

  so the lawsuit can continue.

  According to lawyer, it went well. They are waiting in a couple of weeks if the request for lawsuit is accepted. In my opinion, a rejection of the lawsuit is unlikely, but it would be just the beggining. I could find any news article.

  According to lawyer, :"It went reasonably well. Judge pushed back on some issues. He has reserved his decision but he normally decides pretty quickly so l expect we will have a decision within a couple of weeks."
