One of the Watchtower's lawyers made vicious attacks on the plaintiff in the class action against the WT and did everything to try to discredit her and her cause. He also claimed that this lawsuit was orchestrated by a group of opponents who tried to exploit the judicial system and that it would be a religious inquisition. Also, he was very very repetitive in his arguments as before and extremely dishonest and even lied and showed only one side of the coin. He also pleaded the statute of limitations. The lawyer on our side counter argued very well.
The judge is not going to make her decision by Christmas or early next year, but it should be fast. I do not personally think she will reject the lawsuit, but it will only be the beginning of the fight. To be continued.
